Description of Work: Naturescape was called on 8/16 to report an issue with our lawn (rust colored spots all over the grass). They advised it needed more nitrogen and would sent out a service rep to provide our last treatment earlier than scheduled. We expected someone here the following week as this condition is growing, however, nobody has shown up. We have been a customer of Naturescape since their inception; however, will most likely not renew in 2014. Product and service have not been up to par.
