The man who came to replace door put in our door and mark up the door latch area on side of door and I have a feeling he didn't put in a new door board for the sill on the bottom. When cutting in door locks on side of door he messed it up. Looks terrible.

If needed, I would hire them again!

$214 FOR NOTHING. LOOK ELSEWHERE. READ BELOW BEFORE MAKING AN APPT. WE SENT PHOTOS AND CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE JOB WAS ABLE TO GET DONE. WE HAD 2 BABY GATES TO PUT UP (1 WAS ALREADY INSTALLED JUST NEEDED IT MORE SECURE INTO WALL) AND TO MOUNT A TV INTO BRICK. THE BABY GATE THAT WASNT INSTALLED ENDED UP MISSING 2 PARTS FROM THE BRAND NEW BOX. NO BIG DEAL OK MOVE ON. THEN WE GET TO THE BRICK WHICH ONCE AGAIN WE CALLED AND SENT PHOTOS AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE IT COULD BE DONE PROPERLY. AFTER TECH LOOKED AT BRICK FOR ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES TELL US ITS NOT DOABLE. (CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY WHICH I FACETIMED THE BRICK THEY SAID NO PROBLEM.) THEN WE GET TO THE BABY GATE THAT IS ALREADY INSTALLED. TECH INSTALLED 2 DOLLYS TO SECURE IT INTO THE WALL AND REMOVED A SCREW THAT BROKE OFF INTO THE WOODEN BEAM. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE LOOKS FIND AND HE DID IT RIGHT HOWEVER $214 LATER FOR 1/3 OF WHAT WE WANTED TO BE DONE AND FOR HIM TO SECURE A BABY GATE THAT WAS ALREADY INSTALLED? CRAZY. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Had a door jamb repaired, work was done as scheduled and quoted cost.

Estimated dollar amount and time to complete the job for 2 exterior garage doors was right on upon completion of job. Plus, the company provided a $25 military discount and offered a $25 coupon if not military. Job was well done and very professional, will use this company in the future for other projects where needed.

My pre-contract contact with this company is at an all time low and is a anal all. I do not expect to be doing much business with them in the future.

The person who came to do the job was forthright, outstanding, and professional. Unfortunately the person, I believe his name was Steve, that set up the appointment and quoted me a price of **not more than $200 tops per door** and said it was not necessary to do an estimate, was way off. Repairing one of the 3 door jams/casings ended up being roughly $350. After me telling the worker what I was quoted, he dropped the price to $248. Completely uncalled for. Make sure you get an estimate before proceeding with this company. That is if they give estimates. My mistake for being trustworthy and not getting the quote in writing. Guess I still hope for the old days when someone's words and reputation meant something.
