Description of Work: Jim is a great guy. Very pleasurable to work with. Really knows his stuff. Our main furnace quit working after a power outage one cold night. We called him late at night and told him our problem. He rememered us and asked if we could sleep in the room that had the fireplace and 2nd furnace until morning. We agreed, and he came the following morning and gave us a generous discount for waiting until morning. I would highly reccomend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreI had used them to install a new a/c and heating unit, 17 years ago. They have also replaced the furnace, sometime within the last year. I had shopped around for quotes and they were the least. They did a great job and I will use them in future.

Description of Work: Jim and his crew installed a new air conditioner, air handler and line sets. They had to install the air handler in a small and crowded attic of a condo. Jim was very prompt and knowledgeable. The crew used tarps to cover the carpet and cleaned up when they were done. They were able to do the job with less than 6 days notice and showed up on time.
