Affordable Tree Care is a WI Certified Firewood Dealer. Crews are professionally dressed and follow all Safety Standards for the Arboriculture Industry. Description of Work: Removed a mostly dead Ash tree in our backyard. The tree was located in a place that made using the lift bucket difficult. They asked our neighbors for permission to put the truck in their driveway. Still a long reach, but they were determined to do the job and do it right.

Description of Work: Took down five trees, 50-60 ft, cleaned up and done in one day. Pretty impressive, with a crew of around 10 guys. I can't make a negative comment, other than they were pushing the 7-day digger's hotline window a bit.

When we can get our bucket truck to the tree it can expedite the process and when climbing is required it can take more time. We always use the proper safety gear and follow OSHA guidelines.

It is a very busy time of year for our industry. We take pride in being as responsive as possible by having a fully staffed office that answers the phones and returns calls as promptly as possible. This time of year our phones ring nonstop throughout the day as it's the perfect time to get tree care completed. We are working long days 7 days a week to complete the work for our customers as quickly as possible. Our Arborist, who owns the company, personally completes all the estimates and with over 100 in the cue at any one time it can take a week for him to visit the property and provide a written quote. We work year round and can provide the fastest service and turn around in December through March. Our peak season is April through November. Very smooth and easy experience.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate to have our large prized white oak trimmed and they sent the arborist within the week. I scheduled the work to be done while I was going to be out of town and it was complete to my standards when I returned. They took away all the scrap. I was confident in their work because they have experienced arborists on staff that direct their crews exactly how to trim. I am very protective of my landscape due to many bad experiences with landscapers. This company did quality work at a fair price.

Very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: Trimmed our 50year old silver maple in the backyard. It was a big job with numerous obstacles but they did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Nice to see the tree in its true beauty again!
