Description of Work: We have used Eagle Mechanical for annual maintenance of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. Their service is always prompt, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. We are now using them for a remodel of a bathroom. All of their employees that we have dealt with are personable and professional.

Description of Work: Eagle Mechanical replaced a failing/crumbling septic tank with a three chamber system. Included all permits, excavating, filling, and removal of old tank. We reseeded lawn ourselves. Quality work by quality employees and sub contractor (to perform excavation and hauling).

Description of Work: I couldn't change the year of our home using "Update" so I just wanted to mention that the home in Sturgeon Bay was built in 1945 not 1996. Our home in Sun Prairie was built in 1996. My husband and I bought a second home in Sturgeon Bay, WI which is about 3 hours from our primary home. We wanted to get everything delivered and fixed in our Sturgeon Bay home the same week of our closing. We needed several plumbing issues resolved that were addressed in the inspection report. The venting in all the sinks needed to be changed, new toilet, new shower head, new water softener, new outdoor faucet, and other items. Eagle Mechanical was recommended by our real estate agent and a few other companies we contacted as being very professional and honest. They were so right!!! Trying to coordinate multiple vendors in one week was challenging. A few vendors changed dates at the last minute however Eagle Mechanical rescheduled their dates so it worked out for everyone. The plumber came right on time and was friendly and professional. The estimate I received was right on target. We decided to add a few things while they were working at our house and they came back the same day or next day to install. We also had a maintenance check on our 40 year old Williamson furnace in June which is still running fine but not very energy efficient. We had Eagle Mechanical back today to give us an estimate on a new furnace and central air we plan on installing next Spring. We had a small plumbing job performed also. Again, both the HVAC technician and the plumber showed up on time and walked me through the entire process. Even though I'm technically challenged with most of the items the technicals worked on during the visits, each technician took the time to show me what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. I actually learned a lot from their service calls We will use Eagle Mechanical for all of our plumbing and heating needs.
