We'd used Advanced before with a mouse infestation problem and were satisfied with his work then, so this time we contacted John this new problem. He scheduled a time that day for an emergency spraying of the foundation and where the inside floors & /walls meet. We had two cats so were concerned about the chemical used inside, but he assured us that when it quickly dries it's pet-safe. Shortly after application the carpenter ants began to die or leave. The treatment also killed what we later learned were Strawberry beetles that had made their way inside. He also determined that because of the low # of ants inside the house that they'd not invaded the wood; it was just a local swarm that'd invaded the ground at our home's foundation. The beetles continued to die as they crossed the treatment line. We were thrilled with his quick service, fair price, and professionalism!

We purchased a house that we later found out had a mouse problem. After trying to handle it ourselves we turned to a pro. John came to the house and after taking a tour, went outside and examined all the corners of the house for a construction technique some use that end up providing easy entry and mouse and quot;highwaysand quot; throughout a home. Three spots were found to be likely entry points, and he blocked those spots. The mouse problem mostly went away, but we later found new evidence of one or two mice. He came back and found another entry point that was below grade and behind a wall, so that was blocked as well. Since that visit there was diminishing activity and now no activity for the past three or four weeks. With mice you never know for 100% but it seems like we're good for now, thanks to John.
