Description of Work: I found Bat Evictors to be punctual, professional and their price reasonable. They came out and have a free estimate. The price was $1000 cheaper than a quote from another service. They completed the work the same day, which was much appreciated.

Description of Work: Inspected the property identifying potential areas where bats could be entering the house. Removed any existing bats then sealed up the areas of concern. A device was put in place that allowed any bats that might still be in the house to exit but not be able to re-enter.

Description of Work: This man really knows what he's talking about. He can be very helpful in locating bat entry points, repairing them and discouraging bats from roosting in various areas. He's respectful about the usefulness of bats, and yet knowledgeable about how to rid you of them as pests.

Description of Work: They performed an inspection, re-caulked a few areas where the old caulking from 4 years ago had become dislodged (due to ancient wood) and renewed our warranty for another 2 years. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: I called on Wednesday and they came over on Thursday. They came over and gave us an estimate which seemed fair. We approved the estimate and they got right to work caulking and applying screen material to likely entry spots. Also, they have a 2 year warranty on the work they performed.
