His people were busy, so no exact time was promised and that was fine by me as I was in no hurry. However they still came early within the allotted time. The deck had mildew and mold so they power washed it and a few says later applied one hand and next day the other. All went well and deck looks very good. Good job.

I am very happy with the result. All work was completed as requested. The colors look great and the quality of the painting was excellent. I intend to use this contractor in the future for some indoor painting. The owner of the company kept in regular contact with me. All workers were professional and respectful.

Smooth, great results. Tom helped with color selections. Plaster repair and ceiling repair needed in several areas. Tom and staff were reliable, always on time, neat and very helpful. The work was excellent. Tom kept me informed every step of the way. His crew went above and beyond. The work was preformed in Wisconsin and I live in Illinois so Tom had to keep me informed every step as something was done. He went above, I would recommend him to anyone and use him again.

A great experience with Tom and his crew. Tom was very responsive and professional when I requested an estimate and gave me lots of personal attention. When I hired him for the job, he continued to be responsive, professional and proactively kept me updated as the painting progressed. His crew is detail oriented, professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves each day, and they go above and beyond the call of duty. The house was power washed, surfaces were expertly prepped, any necessary carpentry work was done and looked great, and the paint job was thorough and beautiful. I'm so proud of my house now.

Thomas was very prompt, professional and friendly. His crew did a great job and finished on time/on budget. Was the 2nd lowest of 3 bids, but was only ~5-10% more and much more responsive and professional than the least expensive.

Quality of painting was acceptable, but they were not careful with drop cloths and taping. There was paint spatter and smears everywhere (hardwood floors, window trim, appliances, counters). Also, actually missed painting two small areas within work area and left all refuse for me to dispose of.

I didn't hire Tom in the end. But the estimate experience was so nice and professional that I wanted to comment. You will really appreciate his knowledge.

Very well. It was a three day job. Painter always arrived on time and kept me informed of when he would be back. Cleaned up after each day's work.

Everything went great! Thomas was very easy to work with and helped me pick out colors that would match everything. They worked with my schedule to get it finished in a week and when they were done everything looked perfect!

When I looked at other reviews, I was afraid my job was too small for them but decided to take a chance. The owner, Tom, was very responsive. He also managed to fit the work into my tight schedule. Very pleased with the results.

Thomas was great to work with, from getting the initial estimate to helping me to decide what to include and exclude, and in ensuring the work was done to a high standard. Thomas's crew was in and out in 3 days, including a lot of wall patching / repair, ceiling painting, and wall painting. They did have to come back to do some follow-up for spots that were missed, but Thomas was very gracious when I commented on the spots and very eager to make me a satisfied customer. Work was very high quality and I would definitely use again & recommend to others.

Tom's crew showed up promptly each day - even when schools were cancelled because of ice. I gave them the option to skip coming to paint that day or come later. They came about 20 minutes late - just driving a little slower but not really having an impact on the work they did. I was home and the painters were respectful, quiet, and worked very hard the entire time they were here. Our house is beautiful and ready to put on the market. The work took one week with two painters working full-time. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are worth the cost.

We are beyond satisfied with the work Tom and his team did for us. Having worked with many contractors of all types over the years, we can easily say that Tom is one of, if not THE, best to work with. (And most certainly the best painting contractor we've ever hired.) His service is "white glove." His attention to detail is amazing. He truly cares about quality and satisfaction. Plus, he's just an all-around good person. We will without a doubt recommend Tom to anyone seeking painting or staining help!

I was very pleased. Prompt response for an estimate. Flexible timing for the job, scheduling to avoid a time when I wasn't in town. Excellent attention to preparing the old cedar siding and weathered wood porches. Easy on the plants around the house and garage, and leaving no paint mess. Two coats on the siding and porches, and precise attention to the lines between trim and siding.

Tom came to our home the same day we called about an estimate. He had color samples and suggestions. We liked him and his professionalism. My husband is a disabled veteran and he told us they would take care of moving the grill, etc. The work was done the same week and we are delighted with the results. The painter was neat, quick, and courteous. We will definitely use this company again!

Tom was extremely responsive throughout the process. He gave us an accurate estimate for when he would be able to come to do the work and he stayed in contact with updates as we got closer. Once section of drywall was not done that well initially, but Tom fixed it immediately and it looks great now.

Working with Tom was great from the get go. He was super responsive and we got things setup really quickly. We had to reschedule at the last minute and he was very accommodating. When it finally came time to do the work Nick and Tom stopped by to make sure they knew exactly what needed to be done that day. My wife couldn't say enough nice things about Nick while he was around the house. And the work was perfect. The texture in the areas we needed drywalled were tricky and it looks just right. I don't know if I've ever had such a great experience with a home improvement company.

Tom's crew did a fantastic job, and Tom was involved the entire time, checking in on them and getting them started. he was highly responsive during the entire process. House is beautiful and we're very happy. would highly recommend. They left no mess whatsoever. it's like they weren't even there. they even changed out some of my lightbulbs while they were up on their ladders!!
