+ -1 moreI supplied them with the tub and the surround. The tub was put in wrong. It wasn't leveled correctly. The water would over run off the tub onto the floor. It went all the way to the basement. The water runs through the vents and is causing problems in our vent tubes. They did faulty work in my kitchen as well. I needed a sink replaced and they cut off a trap underneath the sink and a huge amount of grease came falling out. Now our sink area has been ruined. I had to prime and repaint the entire thing myself. I charged them for that, and they at least had the decency to pay me back. They also peed in an empty 5 gallon paint bucket in my basement. Then they tipped it upside down and dumped it all over the floor! They denied it, but I was not the one who peed in it! He got in my face and was extremely snotty. He yelled and yelled that it was not them, but I know it was. It was SO unprofessional. I contacted the owner about this as well. Now when I call them about anything they hang up on me and want nothing to do with me. The job they did was awful and I will never hire them again. UPDATE 12/3/11 This company is in extreme denial.

+ -1 moreOur experience with Terry Kahl Plumbing was terrific. After being told by another plumber that our situation was dire - and thinking our basement was going to end up resembling a rock quarry - Kahl Plumbing came out and fixed the leak in our main water supply line in just a matter of hours. He worked with the city to have our water shut off, carefully chipped up the cement to reach the leak, and then retro-fitted the pipe with a new copper section. It could not have gone more smoothly. Terry Kahl Plumbing was recommended by our local Water Utility company, and a gentleman at the local harware store, and both were spot on. We will definitely use them moving forward for all of our plumbing needs. Great job!
