Great. Efficient. Excellent cleanup. Knowledgeable people. Even let us keep some extra shingles for free!!

They were extremely fast and careless. Didn't care about the details. They asked for extra money for many ridiculous things. They lost my sidings and asked for extra money for putting up cheap plywood.

From the initial contact, they were extremely timely, pleasant to work with and followed through on everywhere they promised. The timeliness of service was within a week. They did an excellent job and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We then contacted them about our gutters - Chad was at our house within an hour!!! He recommended some changes to our gutters and did them immediately. I cannot say enough how happy we are with the services provided. They we great!!!

I received a call from my tenant indicating there was a hole in the roof of one of my rental properties. I called Performance & Chad said he'd check t out right away. He did & indicated it was minor but definitely needed attention. He asked if he could go in the garage to find any extra shingles from when the house was re-roofed 8 or so years earlier. Luckily there were some. the next day I received a call from Chad indicating the repair was completed. When the invoice arrived i was pleased to see it was for less than I'd expected. He sent me before & after pictures of the repair & it looks great. I'm very happy & will use them again in the future.

My experience with Performance Exteriors and Contracting as well as with Chad was excellent. I was especially impressed with his communication and responsiveness. He came highly regarded by a family member and I would definitely recommend their services as well. My husband and I are traveling abroad for business and I needed someone that would do work fast, would be quick with communication and would work with my chaotic schedule, and they followed through on all of that. From his use of technology to be sure he was understanding the issue, to going out of the way to find the right fascia and to his crew doing the work quickly and accurately when I was out of town, I appreciate your customer service. Thank you for the great work, but even better customer experience. I would definitely use again and recommend Performance Exteriors and Contracting.

Very well, Chad was very helpful, informative and detail oriented. the tear off, re roof and clean up only took 2 days. Plus he fixed some other minor other problems that existed. would highly recommend and I will use them again.
