Instead of $10 off each order, we were given the $5 off plus $1 for each additional piece--so we each got $8 off rather than $10, losing $4 total between us. The girl could not make it right and said she could only credit our account. At these prices we're not coming back! So she said we'd have to come back to speak to the manager for the $4. I called the next day. I complained of high prices, untrained staff, and errors in my bill. I said I wanted my $4 plus a fair price for the 2 extremely highly priced items. I wanted a check mailed. I did not think I should have to make a trip back in. The manager said she would have to call corporate. Geez! In addition she said her prices were comparable to other area cleaners. I called 2 other area cleaners and found they averaged at least $1 less per item on their price lists! The baseline price at Klinke is $6.80 per item. This is not "comparable" for this area. It is high. And some items had not been pressed and 1 was ruined by shrinkage.
