I've used these guys in the past & they were outstanding so I didn't bother calling anyone else for a price. I closed on my lake home on a Thursday. Friday morning Charlie, Kevin & Greahm were there to do the installation. They got everything installed & while tracing out existing wiring commented on how sloppy a lot of the existing cable wire had been run. It's an older home & the cable was run on the exterior of the house. I agreed & asked them to do what they could to Clean it up with out getting crazy. Next thing I know they're on the roof tucking & re strapping wires/cables. On the side of the house most visible Kevin pulled the siding loose with a special tool & got the cables behind the siding. It looks so much better now. By the end of the day the tv was working, the remote was programmed & the outdoor speakers were working. I had them return the following week to add a tv in the lower level along with a addition zone of audio. These guys are impressive, their professionalism & workmanship/attention to detail is second to none. Hire with confidence.

Charlie was awesome. After the initial visit he took a couple weeks to design & price the system. Once we met the second time it was clear he had put a lot of thought into the system & provided additional suggestions that I have come to appreciate. At this point I compared the quotes I'd received & felt the Einstein quote was the better value even though it was the highest. I felt it contained higher quality components & was a better/easier to use system. I was referred to Einstein & one other company (Charlie mentioned they often bid against each other) by two friends. One had used Einstein & one the competitor. I had the opportunity to look at the workmanship by both in my friends homes. After doing so the difference in workmanship & attention to detail was obvious (Charlie had hinted that it would be). After signing the contract the work has scheduled & completed on time. Kevin the installer was awesome to work with & was amazingly cautious about keeping the area clean. Once the final programming was completed we began using the system. We noticed a few things we didn't care for on the remote & Charlie was quick to send Kevin over the make some changes. The process was slow at times but in the end well worth the extra time & money. After my experience my friend who had originally used & referred me to the competitor hired Einstein to provide him with the same universal remote I have & "clean up" (Charlie's words) his installation. Charlie didn't mention until after my job was completed & he'd helped my friend out that he does these "clean ups" often. I thought that was pretty classy b/c had he said that during his bidding process I would have thought he was just bashing the competition. Overall a great experience, I have & will continue to refer people to Einstein. At the time of writing this review I had used Einstein again at my lake home. I'll be writing a review for that experience also.

I spoke with Charlie a week ago and he asked me to email him some photos of my living room so that he could get an idea of what kind of set up I had. I sent him those photos the next morning. After a couple of days, I had not heard back from him. I called and left a message asking him if he had received my email and if he could call back to discuss his thoughts. It is now almost a week later and I have not heard back from anyone. I am NOT impressed with the responsiveness and punctuality of this company. I do not feel I have to beg someone to come and do some work in my house. If they cannot provide the simple courtesy of responding to a simple email or phone call, I can't image how punctual they would be in doing the actual work.

These guys are great! Can't say enough about their work and professionalism. Very Good And sharp Guys! They seem to always come up with new and cool ways to do things No body else has! They are neat and concerned about your house. Very trustworthy. Thanks Guys Rick
