The service provider was prompt and courteous. He was also professional. He performed the service and explained the results to me. The price was definitely great and I will call them in the future.

Everything went very well. We worked with Keith getting an estimate. He answered all of our questions and explained very well what would take place when they put in the new equipment. Matt and his crew did the installation. They were polite, clean and got the job done very efficiently. Keith also noticed that our clothes dryer exhaust could be improved and he had his guys do it at the same time with no added cost. They also provided us with the completed forms needed to get the Focus on Energy rebate for this equipment upgrade. We are very happy with the equipment and installation and feel we got excellent equipment and installation at a reasonable price.

Service tech, Jeremy,was very considerate in notifying me that he was running about 25 minutes late due to a more difficult situation at his previous job. He was courteous and took time to explain actions he took to make sure my 14 year old AC system would continue to perform well.

My air-conditioner is quite old and I was concerned about it maybe needing replacement. But the service man checked and cleaned all the necessary parts. I was happy with the results especially when I was told to that the air-conditioner would not need to be replaced.

Booking was easy and professional. They accomadated my challenging schedule well. The installation by Jeremy went very smooth. I actually had another appointment booked at the same time. Jeremy performed his work efficiently and well.

The installer discovered that we had been running our AC for the last year with a filter that was too small. We have had a larger than usual amount of dust over this time and were wondering what the problem was -- and now we know! Good work.

I recently purchased "The Big Deal" for an air-conditioner tune-up. I called Clark and set up an appointment for them to come out to the house. The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly. He cleaned the unit and explained how to keep it running smoothly in the future. He also pointed out a potential problem with my furnace exhaust pipe and corrected that. I thought the deal was a good value and would recommend using Clark in the future.

Matt and Josh were very friendly and professional. They brought the correct part needed to fix the leak and it was an easy repair (for them). There was some discrepancy with between when they said they would come and when they arrived, but only a couple of hours and the work was done before noon on the morning they had scheduled. I just got up early because I was told they would come "first thing," and they did not arrive until 10:45. But other than that I was very satisfied with both price and performance.

Jeremy arrived on time and was very professional. Gave "B" rating for quality due to faucet "dial?" being replaced with a cheapy plastic one instead of a longer lasting metal one, but the price was right. That may be just what comes along with the deal I purchased. It would have been nice to have been given a choice, even if it meant paying a little more. Another suggestion would be for the scheduler to inform the customer that the provider will need access to the basement. I would have made sure to have set things up a little better down there, had I know. All in all, though, we are satisfied with the work done.

It went very well. I contacted them and they actually replaced two. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They added a cover plate. I'd give them an A for all the categories.

There was a special through Angie's list but the terms and conditions didn't specifically say they covered the job I was looking to do (replace outside faucets) and so I called. The receptionist told me I was the second person to call about the deal but no one informed her they would be running the deal so she had no specifics. She checked with the contracted on one of my questions and called back. The information didn't completely answer my question so she said she would check again and call back. She never called back and now the deal is no longer available. I see this company has a lot of really good reviews so I felt confident they wouldw work out great. They may be a fine company service wise, but their communication needs so improvement.

The provider agreed to come to my home to perform plumbing services on a Thursday. That day, a representative called and said there'd been a plumbing emergency elsewhere, and they couldn't come that day. They told me they'd call me back to reschedule. They didn't call back. I waited until Monday to call them back to inquire about the reschedule, expressing urgency as my leak has gotten much worse. They advised me that they'd return my call that day with an appointment time. Again, they never called back. I still have a leak and now I have to restart the process of searching for a plumber again.

They were great, very professional and easy to work with. They came right away. They looked over the situation and told us what would be best. They said somebody would be over the next day which they were right about the time that they had said they had the appointment previous. They were just guessing what time but it was just right about the time they have said. They are very good people. The owner was the one that came out first to look at it. He was very easy to work with, talking about some of the cost and financing of it.

Jeremy is very professional and in our case, explained things well so they made sense in the particular application.

Keith, the owner, did a great job in addressing the many questions I had before, during and after the job was completed. I called his company back two times for more work; that speaks to my satisfaction. The guys that handled the installations did an excellent job including removing any debris associated with their work. They stayed focused and completed their work in a timely fashion. I served as my own general contractor on a large project including a kitchen remodel, new floors in what became an open concept living, new windows (one cut in and the others replacements), and extensive electrical and drywall work and I have to say that among all the subs that participated in this project, Clark Heating and Cooling was one of the best groups to work with. Keith stuck to one original quote even though the hourly cost would have been nearly 50% more. That speaks to their professionalism.

team did a great job. Used some dirt i had nearby to build a little hill for the AC to sit on and put down a plastic pad for a foundation. The AC unit s nice and level and firmly seated on the ground higher up. (i needed to improve the dirt grade on the side of my house.) When they were done the area around the unit was clean and ready for grass.

Very nice. Let me know the status of my older furnace and gave me peace of mind it's actually a better unit than I thought. Changed out a very old filter on the humidifier. All is good.

There response was very fast. Once they looked over the heating unit all that was required was a cleaning of some of the parts. Very pleased a replacement wasn't needed.

I initially scheduled a tune up, knowing the my 21 year old furnace was in its golden years. We were told it had five cracks in the heat exchange and needed to be replaced. This didn't surprise me, but I was surprised at how knowledgeable the service technician was on new furnaces and A/Cs. He was able to help me decide which model to get, as well as close estimate on the price including installation. He was also able to walk me through pros and cons on the options routing the vents. The installation went smoothly. It was on time and on budget, and the installers were very friendly. They also suggested that I didn't need a whole house humidifier, but if I ever decided that I did want one in the future, they would change me the same price, without an extra service charge for the additional visit.

I was referred to Clark by a friend. I got several bids to have my furnace replaced. Clark was not the most expensive quote, but they were 2nd most expensive. But I went with them because I felt that I was buying quality and service. When they came in to give me the quote we walked through everything. It was explained that intake and exhaust PVC pipes would be replaced, new gas valve put on, furnace installed, that we would TURN the furnace by 180 degrees making it more accessible going forward, fixing 1 duct run in particular, improving upon my own installation of a whole home humidifier and a few other things. I was super impressed with the gentleman's observations and attention to detail. He found a few things wrong with my current system that no other bidders noticed, for example, that the hangers for my AC line were wrong and if not changed could cause issues down the road. He noticed a water pipe near by was missing an end-cap. It had a shut off valve but it was not capped. He noticed that 1 particular duct run had something like 7 separate 90 degree elbows and described how that could be reduced to 4 which would significantly increase airflow. Things like this are things I call, "Attention To Detail" and things that none of the other bidders saw. It was because of this, that I went with Clark. I wound up going with a Bryant 2 stage furnace with what I would call a "semi-smart" programmable thermostat. Semi-smart because it's lacking in many ways. But it does work for what I need it to do. I can program an SD card on the PC, insert it into the thermostat and it's all set to go. I was a bit upset that I had to buy this 250 meg SD card and the application on it in order to be able to program the thermostat using my PC. This card cost nearly $100! This should have been included upfront. Anyhow, it was worth it. I now program that card once in the spring and once in the fall, just for minor tweaks. I can then set preprogrammed profiles. This is especially useful since our work schedules change from quarter to quarter. It also saves immense time over standing at the thermostat for 35 minutes trying to program it. So, that all said, they came in and did the job in a day. The furnace looked and still looks great. They did all the work they said they would do. The owner who came and gave me the quote assured me that he would be back the day after installation to make sure that his crew did absolutely everything they were contracted to do and that their work met my absolute satisfaction. The deal we had is that we do not pay until I'm 100% satisfied. He was a man of his word. He came back, did a very thorough inspection and found that his crew missed replacing a few of the AC line hangers. He promptly took care of that himself. Ok, I was 100% satisfied. Over the next few weeks I had several questions about my thermostat, in particular about the SD card that did not come with that I mentioned earlier. I was pleased that every email got a quick response. I was not blown off after the sale. A few weeks later I emailed them again and told them that I'm not happy with how long it's taking to cool the house. They came out to check the settings on the furnace, blower levels, etc. and explained how it all works and why it seems to take a bit longer to cool the house now vs. the previous single stage furnace I had. They did bump up the blower by 1 level and that made a world of difference. They then showed me how to set it back in the fall if I find the house is heating up too fast or unevenly and to call if there are ever any future questions. The ONLY concern I have, unfortunately to this day, is the intake PVC pipe when the temps outside fall below 10 or 15 degrees. At 10 below zero, it's even worse. What happens is that ice forms on the intake PVC pipe and then melts getting everything under it wet. The ice forms from where the pipe enters the house and inward to about 2 feet. Moving my stuff is not an option. Space in my small home is extremely limited and there are storage shelves under this pipe. I called Clark to say that this DID NOT HAPPEN WITH THE OLD FURNACE PVC PIPES and I was told that since this furnace is so efficient, it pulls a ton of air through. The air is so cold and moving so fast that the pipe freezes. The humidity in the air then freezes to the pipe forming the ice. Ok, so... I get that's how the ice forms so what do we do to fix this? It's a problem. I never got a good answer and they did not come back to address this personally. It is my one and ONLY negative critique. I wound up filling the gap in the joist where the pipe exits to the outside and used an entire can of foam spray. It really helped a lot, but did not totally resolve the issue. Now ice tends to form when the temps are closer to 0. So now I wrap the pipe with a towel but I then have to remember to go down and get it because once the temps rise up above 10'ish, it melts, the towel gets wet and then gets stinky. It just seems wrong because this didn't happen with the old pipes/furnace. I just wish they would have been more responsive to this 1 issue. That said... I'm still a fan of Clark. I would/will bring them in to quote my AC when that goes out someday and again when the day comes that the furnace needs replacing again. Their crew was awesome. The guys were friendly, polite, professional and smart. They were even willing to show how to bend this, attach that, connect this, etc. They were social and clean as well. They did a tremendous job cleaning up before they left! I was very impressed. Unrated to Clark Heating... I'd like to add a note which I'm told is universal for all Furnace Manufacturers, if you have any questions, comments or issues with regard to your furnace or the supplied thermostat, the manufacturer WILL NOT WORK WITH CUSTOMERS. All they do is refer you to the contractor who installed your furnace. I found this incredibly frustrating. For example, there is a glitch in Bryant's software for programming the thermostat. It's a software glitch. I emailed Bryant as it is THEIR SOFTWARE... and they referred me to my contractor, Clark. No offense to Clark, but what do they know about coding of Bryant's proprietary software used to program this specific model of thermostat? NOTHING. That is not their business. I called Bryant, I emailed them, I did their online forms... and every time, generic response to contact my contractor. UGH. Here I am 2 years later and they still have not put out an update to fix the issue. I can work around it, but still... they should fix it. More importantly they should have a channel where they would interact with customers. But no... they WILL NOT TALK TO OR WORK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. Everything is done through the contractor. So, that' no dig on Clark, it's a dig on Bryant. LOL. I give Clark an A- simply because of the icing on the intake PVC pipe. I hope this review is helpful for others. I recommend at the very least, you let Clark give you a quote and let them show you first hand their rendition of "Attention To Detail" as they walk through your basement/furnace area. I just know you'll be impressed with that.

Matt was the plumber who did all of the repair work. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and stayed on task the whole time he was in our home. He cleaned up any mess he created, tested everything to make sure the issue was resolved.
