Thorough inspection and shared some very helpful information about our furnace.

There were some initial issues getting a response from the company, after I purchased the deal through Angie's List. I purchased the air conditioner tune-up on August 4 and did not get a response regarding scheduling of the service until 8/31. When we did finally connect, they were great and able to get me scheduled for service the following week. In the meantime, they began offering a furnace tune-up deal on Angie's List which we decided to purchase as well. We called the company 2 days before our scheduled service to see if there was any way the could perform both inspections/tune-ups at the same service call. They were very accommodating and worked with us to start our service a little earlier and were able to push back the appointment after us by a little bit, so they could complete both services in one visit. The technician actually arrived about 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was great! He was very courteous and polite. He inspected the furnace first and then the air conditioning. He knew what he was doing and took the time after completing the tune-ups to review what he had done and anything we needed to do to maintain the furnace/air conditioner.

Great. We've gotten the "big Deal" through Angie's List for several years now to have Clark do our spring and fall furnace and air conditioner checks/ tune ups. They are always friendly, thorough, and professional. Would highly recommend them

I encountered a number of small communication issues, but the staff was really friendy, and I was happy with the work. I would use them again.

I recently purchased the Big Deal to have a winter furnace inspection and cleaning done. This is the second time that I've used Clark Heating & Cooling for such an annual inspection (the first time was for my air conditioner). Overall, I was pleased with the result. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the technician was in communication with me on the day of the service to let me know when he'd arrive. He explained what he did, gave advice for when to change filters, and answered the questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them.

He was on time, friendly and polite. He altered the thermostat to run the A/C and checked it out and then reset the thermostat back to its original setting. He also installed a new battery in the thermostat (mine not his). He offered to change it if I had one. I bought the service on a "big deal" so I feel it was a very good price. I purchased my furnaces and air conditioning units from Clark Heating and Cooling and have used their annual check-ups ever since (15 years). I recommend them. They have been very good at keeping my units in good condition and in warranty. And when something comes up they have replaced parts, etc. under warranty.

I've used this company for a few years for my A.C. check. When my unit started to leak, Clark recommended replacing the system. I signed a contract with them, and the work was scheduled about two weeks later. The crew arrived on time, and were here most of the day, replacing all of the equipment. For the most part, they were polite and professional; I did overhear some swearing, which was unprofessional. They installed a new air handler and cond. unit, thermostat and did some rewiring. They removed all the old equipment, and left the work site in good condition. At the time I signed the contract, I asked about the warranty and told it was a 10-year warranty. I asked for written confirmation of the warranty for my records. In retrospect, I wish I had asked that this be specified in the contract. In the 3-4 weeks following the installation, I contacted the company several times by phone and e-mail asking for written confirmation of the warranty, and when to expect my invoice, and to make sure I was able to get the Angie's List discount. My phone calls and e-mail were not answered until two days ago, almost a month after the installation. The system is working well, and as noted, the installation itself went well. I was disappointed in the lack of response to my questions, especially regarding the warranty. The invoice they provided, did specify that they would be registering my equipment to get the warranty in place,

The gentleman, who happened to have grown up in McFarland, arrived timely. The prior silcock was not installed well and the installer had put a tremendous amount of silicone sealant around the faucet. This made it more challenging to remove, but he handled it w/out frustration. He went above and beyond by installing a different shut-off valve inside as the old one was actually the source of the leak and had also become locked up. The job was originally for just the outside faucet. I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't charge for the inside shut-off valve.

Emailed to schedule an appointment, they had openings the very same week so there was fast turn around. Matt came by, was prompt and efficient in performing a tune-up on our AC. He realized we had a wiring problem that was grounding out the circuit and preventing our thermostat from telling the AC to turn on. He rewired it quickly and the AC is as good as new again! Also he was very professional and willing to answer questions I had about maintaining the unit. Would definitely hire them again.

The Angie's List deal was for Clark Heating and Cooling, but the plumber who actually contacted me and did the work was Jeff Havey from Havey Plumbing. It took a couple weeks to make contact and get an appointment. Once I was in contact with Jeff things went very smoothly. I was at work at the time of the service and my housemate was there to meet him. He checked all the items on my list and called me to discuss the options. It turns out that most of the faucets in my house are original from the 1970s. They are getting past the end of their expected service life and have to be replaced instead of repaired. The replacement faucets are good quality. He also caulked the joints where the exterior faucets enter the house. When he turned off the water he noticed that it was difficult to push the handle to flush the toilet. He called me again to explain what caused this and asked if I wanted it fixed. Yes, I did. I am very happy with the quality of his work and will call him the next time I need a plumber.

Everything went well. I have no problems with any of the items that were fixed. The toilet ended up being more of a problem than originally thought but he fixed it well and it is stable now. I had to leave early and when I returned he had even corrected the kitchen faucet.

I asked lots of questions about what Matt was doing. He was very informative and friendly, offering detailed explanations as he performed the job. I just realized the air conditioner fan was not running yesterday. Matt explained the gasket had seized up. He fixed that and oiled it before starting his tests. My air conditioners is in good shape, but it is 16 years old. We discussed replacement costs in the event it fails. Very professional service.

The service worked fine. There was nothing else that was required. I did request a bid for replacement because it is at the end of it's life expectancy. It's been 22 years. They didn't follow up. Given I am not ready to make a decision there was no reason for me to push them. When I do make the decision to move forward I would not be reluctant to call them.

Technician was professional, punctual, and thorough. He gave me a detailed report on a 1989 unit and I feel confident it will continue to serve is for several more years.

He was very professional and very good. I appreciated it because he could have replaced the whole new outdoor faucet because I did not know what was wrong. He explained that what we needed was a certain piece and it was a good faucet. He really did not need to replace it. He just needed to put in a new part. He was very prompt. He came when he was supposed to.

The technician arrived on time and provided efficient and effective service. Actually, all the parts and labor are covered and good for one year for everything. We are happy about the work!

The process went very smoothly. The contractor determined that he needed to do some extra work to install the faucet, but the extra charge was reasonable. He also gave us instructions to get the best use of our faucet.

The technician called to say he was on the way, and arrived in the expected time window. He carried out the work promptly. I would have no hesitation using Clark Heating again.

The fellow who came out could not replace my entire faucet, because it is set into a brick wall and the innards are inaccessible. However, he determined he could get a repair kit and came back a few days later and made the repair. The faucet is like brand new now.

He arrived on time and got right to work, worked until the job was complete.

Two workers came on June 3, 2015 at 8:15 am. They got right to work and completely finished replacing both the air conditioner and furnace in a very timely fashion with great quality Bryant products. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions my daughter had before they left. I would highly recommend Clark Heating and Cooling to anyone who is in need of this type of service. You won't be disappointed.
