Description of Work: I had the appointment originally scheduled for 2:00 PM, The company called me the day before and asked if it was possible to bump it up and hour. So I left work at 12:30 PM. No one showed up until 5:15 PM.

Description of Work: Ad said they would contact me after I sent my contact info. After 1 week I called them and again 10 days later. they claimed unclear communication with Angies's List. He became abrupt and defensive, I let it go and got a refund from Angies's List

Description of Work: Recently purchased home with 2004 HVAC equipment. I ordered the 20 Point A/C Check-up because of price and because "deal" spelled out in detail what checkup included. Uneven cooling throughout home. Matt arrived on time. While very professional, was very easy to work with. He suggested that I accompany him on the check so he could explain my system to me. He was very thorough and his communication skills were excellent. He had several suggestions on how to cool/heat home with better circulation for maintaining even temps throughout. Although my programmable thermostat was functioning properly, I preferred a simpler one. It was at my request that he install new one. My HVAC equipment is older so he suggested I start investigating different manufacturers now so if my equipment fails I won't be ordering new in a "crisis" mode. No push to replace now; just suggestion to be proactive in equipment familiarity sooner than later. I appreciated his clarity in explanations and his recommendations to become knowledgeable for future needs.

Description of Work: They checked my air conditioner and found that mice had eaten some wires. The wires were replaced and the system now works perfectly. I'm sending my cats after the mouse. The young man who did the work was very nice and explained everything he needed to fix. Compared to previous times I had the system checked the price was much less - and the service was better.
