Technician arrived on time, clean, neat, professsional.

Very well. Prompt service and friendly, knowledgeable technician. Answered my questions about the furnace and about my possible future air duct cleaning. Reasonable price for air filter replacement - cheaper than others (professional quality) filters I've bought in years past. Plan on hiring them to do air duct cleaning in future. Did not feel technician pushed products I did not need; made a few good suggestions on what I might consider e.g. replacing body of air filter with model less prone to break down.

Overall, my experience with them was excellent. I used a coupon to pay for the work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Keith (president) personally inspected the home and old equipment and answered all questions and concerns thoroughly. The bid was very competitive. The warranties far exceeded others. Work began precisely on time and work area was kept spotless. Installation crew was very personable and professional. Keith followed up the next day.

I got discounted rates from Clark Heating & Cooling Company for their first inspection. They were punctual. They were friendly. They gave a thorough verbal report to me of what they saw.

Jeremy from Clark Heating & Cooling arrived on time. He took time to not only answer questions but give me additional information regarding my furnace. He worked efficiently and cleaned everything up before he left. I used the Angie’s List Big Deal offer for the work, and it covered everything for me. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

It went fantastic. They showed up on time and even gave us a discount for taking a barely used coil instead of a brand new one. The guys who replaced it were courteous, fast and clean. They swept the floor in the furnace room before they left and it looked better than when they got there. They even finished ahead of schedule. Price was on the upper end of the scale, but we did get a 10 year warranty on both parts and labor. Overall I'm very happy with the installation and furnace and would use these guys and again and will be calling them if anything goes wrong.

We just purchased a house in late August, and needed the furnace cleaned before running it per our inspection report. We price shopped locally and decided to go with Clark Heating & Cooling. Jeremy came and cleaned out our furnace, and upon inspection found a cracked heat exchange that was leaking carbon monoxide. He alerted us to the situation and advised that Keith would be out to give us a quote. Keith came out and walked through our house, went over our needs and wants. Based on that he recommended us a system to put in place. He assisted us in securing financing, including contacting the lender to increase our credit limit to get exactly what we wanted. They set us up for the next available date, the following Friday. On Monday Keith called, they could get us in on Wednesday, which was awesome. Matt & Allen came out to install our new system -they were on time, polite and genuinely a joy to have in the house that morning. They worked diligently, left our basement in better shape than when they had started (I swear they swept 8 times!), and educated both of us on how to use everything. They were great with communication throughout and made me feel at ease to have strangers in my house. The next week my parents had an issue with their heating system, and at our recommendation used Clark Heating & Cooling also. They got lucky, as some dead squirrels were the only thing holding their system back. I rated a "B" on responsiveness because Keith has still not been back out to have us sign final paperwork. It's a small detail, but I can't inflate the grade no matter how happy we are. We were all very happy and will continue to recommend them, and use them as needed.

Jeremy arrived exactly at 8:30 as scheduled. He was patient and informative, answering my questions about what he was doing and why. From what I can tell, he did a thorough job. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely consider hiring this company to service my air conditioner next spring.

Service was outstanding from my very first call. Keith Comstock is exceptional to work with. His proposal was timely and he worked me into their installation schedule on very short notice. When another contractor offered a slightly larger Bryant AC unit which would qualify me for energy cash rewards for a price that was similiar to the price quoted by Clark, Keith matched the offer. He also included and installed a programmable thermostat that is far superior to my former thermostat and he hard-piped my dryer vent -- both at no charge. Both units include a 10-year parts and labor warranty at no charge -- an uncommonly good warranty. Keith also pointed out that his proposal included a $400 electrician allowance and that if I had someone I preferred to work with I should call and ask for a quote. Using my own electrician saved me $100. The installation team was excellent. They showed up on time and they explained how to use the thermostat, what I needed to know about both the AC and the furnace and there was nothing for me to clean-up after they left. The entire job took about 6 hours. With the Angie's List coupon along with a $200 discount from Clark for installing both units together and the Focus on Energy cash rewards and the federal energy tax credit, I saved over $1500 -- my actual cost for a new furnace and central AC will be $4700. I highly recommend Clark Heating and Cooling and an equally high recommendation for working with Keith Comstock.

The service call went exceedingly well. Jeremy arrived within an hour of receiving my call. He then performed an accurate and expeditious job of locating, diagnosing and correcting the problem. He also checked the heat exchanger cracks (an issue with this particular furnace model) and installed the new filter..a job that can be somewat complicated if the correct procedure is not followed. This was all accomplished in a surprisingly short time....making this the kind of service call we all hope for.

Clark's service was superior in all aspects - from accommodating our schedule, providing a estimate, designing the system and installing it. I was very pleased with everyone and they were professional in every way, We started with getting 3 bids and all were close but theirs was the lowest and they used American Standard equipment - rather than some other that were not well rated. They also provided a 10 year parts and labor warranty on all components. All their workers were polite, efficient and very neat. A pleasure to deal with!

Things went very smooth. Keith had suggested this system for over all economics comfort and eco friendly. The lp gas furnace is 98 % . Better yet the furnace never runs till out side temp gets below 32 to 34 degrees. It has saved on lp by over 50% before our 500 gallon tank was filled 2 times per season this year we burned less than one tank. His technicians were on time worked hard and had job complete and cleaned up in less time than expected. Keith rebated me some cash back do to some savings they were able to do.
