The technician came right on time. He was very professional. We used Clark's last year too. Very pleased with their work!!

He showed up on time, got the work done in a reasonable amount of time, and gave me a quick update before leaving. Obviously knowledgable and able to give useful tips. Definitely will use their service again, and hopefully they have another $74 deal! For the extra $10, he changed the dehumidifier filter as it had quite a bit of build up due to our hard water.

Our technician was prompt, professional and thorough. Got the job done well and quickly. We would hire them again.

Good attention to detail. Thermostat still on back order, but otherwise all went well. Even their invoice included a Focus on Energy rebate form highlighting fields I should complete, and they filled out anything that they could to help expedite the processing. Nicely proactive.

Company was slow to contact me after purchase of the service via Angie's List. I ended up having to call them, left a message. Still no response. Called a second time. Finally got someone. Was told it would be 3 weeks before they could get to me. I'm not sure that they have enough technicians to handle the volume of business that an Angies List offer can generate. When they finally came the service was excellent. The tech was very knowledgable and professional.

I have used them before in the past for tune ups. I talked to the answering service, where I was told an employee would call me in 1 business day. I never got a call when I really needed work done. I am unsure if I will use them again.

Good info given by the technician on the state of the furnace. Very efficient and personable.

I was contacted promptly, friendly service, timely arrival and they gave advice and explained things. When I need a new furnace, I will for sure contact them.

Was here a little earlier than scheduled. Went down and checked the furnace and suggested the lines for the furnace humidifier where old and probably should be replaced. I agreed to the replacement and he performed the service; putting in new plastic hoses, fastening them altogether. When he was finished he explained everything he had done and suggested that I might want to get the ignition points replaced in the furnace.

It was pretty good but a bit mixed. They were unable to identify a noise problem that were having with the furnace because the person they sent out had hearing problems.

We're all very happy. They interacted very well, very professional, very courteous. They came in the Spring for the air conditioner checklist, that was very well too. We ask them to come out again. They did suggest the replacement of the igniter and we did have that put in. That was last Thursday.

It went very well. The gentlemen who came in was very knowledgeable and found something that had been left for a couple of years but yeah a pretty good experience with him. They came out about a month after the purchase.

He is a long time employee of Clark Heating and has been to our home many times. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has saved us many problems by finding parts that are on their way out and replacing them under warranty. Not much else to tell about that, but I do have to say that over the years (bought our furnaces from them and been with them for 15 years) the communications with the main office have been going downhill. Messages go unanswered. Phone calls are not returned. I called them regarding an error on my bill this fall and nearly a week later I had had no response. So I called them again and this time found the right person to resolve the problem without needing to leave a message.

it went great! he provided info on the furnace and aprilaire + other items we had in the basement. Went beyond the required clean and check description. would recommend them to anyone. we had recently purchased the house and needed this additional info.

He arrived on time. He was thorough and concise.

They were suppose to clean the AC unit. I think they just hosed it down...didn't take it apart and clean it. I could have done a better job. Unfortunately I was not home when they did it. Also a pain to get it scheduled. ghere was nothing worng wit hte AC function so that was not relevant. But I did want it cleaned.

The service technician seemed very thorough, checking electrical, gas pressure, condensate drain, etc. Everything checked out good. No complaints.
