Keith responded promptly to schedule an appointment for a quote. He was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining our options. We appreciated the fact that he had installation experience and could speak knowledgeably about the installation process, as opposed to being just a "sales guy". The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional. We haven't used the new furnace yet, but the new air conditioner works great.

He was very willing to just sit and talk very honestly. I felt really good about that. There were some things that I thought were going to be a problem and he didn't think so. He explained what everything was and I really appreciated that. This guy looked at everything and he was so good. I didn't have any feelings at all that he would take advantage. I was impressed with him.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They were on time and came within a week after I purchased the Big Deal. I needed an additional air filter so it was an extra $8. They were great, really good and the service person was nice. They did their job and left.

He arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. Have used them before and would again for the AC.

This was the second time I've used the service. Repairman was pleasant, professional, and helpful both times.

In the spring of 2012, I purchased an air conditioner checkup through Angie's List with Clark. I was informed at that time I had a leak in the air conditioner. It was unknown how long the leak was present. The technician advised to refill with coolant this one time and wait until 2013 to see if the leak progressed. Fast forward to 2013, the air conditioning unit failed during the hot week of weather in July. I called Clark and had the same technician return for a diagnosis. It was clear that the unit was beyond repair. The technician, Jeremy, was very friendly and knowledgeable about where to go with replacing the unit. He recommended replacing both air conditioner and furnace as in the long run it is an energy savings and barely more $ that just replacing the air conditioner. I spoke with the owner, Keith, about packages that were available for a new furnace and air conditioner. He worked well with me on pricing. I was able to compare the units and costs with another company's quote. Clark was similar in price and quality of the units , but offered a 5% Angie's List savings to cinch the deal! Another plus was that both units and install team were able to come that same day. We've been very happy with the new air conditioner. It keeps the house more evenly cooled than our older unit. I will call Clark again in the future for my heating and cooling needs.

The serviceman arrived promptly as scheduled. He was polite and friendly, as he checked our filter and other connections inside the house. After his work outside he promptly wrote up his paperwork and went on his way. Two things impressed us. He advised that we should spray out the unit's coils at least once per year. No other company ever offered that tidbit. And he noted that a critter had gnawed on the low-voltage wire, and that he had taped it off to protect it from further exposure. I am the queen of cynics when it comes to repair and/or service. Not only did this guy NOT declare that he needed to perform a repair -- he actually took the time to remedy the wire situation without even mentioning it until after he'd taken care of it. Great Service!!

Went great, tech was excellent fixed a small insulation issue, gave some advice.

They were very courteous, on time, professional, and knowledgable. They made a couple of suggestions on what to do with a few items on our system, what to keep an eye on, and what to look for. They didn't just perform the work requested, they educated us.

The service provider was able to come earlier than the scheduled time and called to see if that would be OK. He checked the AC unit and cleaned it. He also made sure it was functioning properly inside. Everyone I spoke with from this company was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use their services again.

I called after hours, left a message, and was expecting a call back the following morning. I didn't hear from them right away, so I called them. No answer. Waited half an hour, called again. No answer. Waited an hour, called back again, no answer. Called a competitor, phone was answered, and service was scheduled. Finally got a call back from Clark, too late... :(
