He was terrific. He came on time, he was very nice and professional.

Easy, friendly scheduling. The technician arrived within the two hour window as promised. Everything checked and cleaned in about 45 minutes.

They were really good. They explained what they were doing and showed up on time. They answered all my questions. I had no trouble scheduling the deal. They guy was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the work in a short amount of time.

It went very well. The best part is that the blower for the furnace had been occasionally making a high-pitched whine ever since it was put in. Previous technicians could not hear the whine and failed to fix it. But the service person from Clark figured out what the problem was and fixed it.

He was prompt and not too terribly expensive. He was a very nice man who gave me more suggestions and educated me about furnace.

They checked up my heating system and did a very good job. They came on time and were very professional. One piece of the furnace was deficient and was still under the warranty. We decided to have him replace it anyway and pay the $44 that it cost. But he really did not try to push us to spend and was very honest in his inspection. We will definitely call Clark Heating & Cooling again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. There were no problems. It was easy to schedule. It went without incident. There were no additional charges. It is an older furnace and he explained some of the different parts of the furnace and answered some questions that I had. He checked a couple of things in terms of safety such as the carbon monoxide reading. The price was fair. I would absolutely use them again.

They do not try to sell you unnecessary items. I use Clark heating to inspect and tune up my furnace in the winter as well.

I was very happy with the service. The price was unbeatable. Nothing much needed to be done with the furnace other than a basic cleaning and changing the air filter. The tech gave some good recommendations on possible upgrades for the future.

Jeremy is very professional and explained what he was doing...I stayed with him throughout the procedure. After he left, I reviewed what all was supposed to be included and the CO test at the exterior exhaust was not performed. Not sure this was necessary since he visually observed the burner flames so did not follow up. During visit, he was very forthcoming with answers to my questions so I felt comfortable with his service. Hope this was not a major oversight. Generally, would highly recommend.

The technician (sorry, can't remember his name) arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He checked the air conditioner and did some minor maintenance but said it didn't need any major work done. I was a little surprised that they were willing to come up to the west side of Madison seeing as how they are in Stoughton but he said they do it frequently. All-in-all it was a good experience and I'm sure I'll be contacting them again for heating and cooling service needs.

I originally hired Clark Heating to do a check up on my furnace. They discovered a big problem with it. One that had had a class action lawsuit in the past. Clark Heating replaced my furnace and secured a discount of $900 from the company towards the purchase price. They explained the problem very well and did the installation right away. I'm very happy with their work.
