They were great. Came on time the first morning and returned the next day to hook me back up. Everything worked well.

He assessed the problem quickly, telling us that there is a manufacturing/installation defect common in our new unit. He said that if he had installed it, he would fix it at no cost and encouraged us to call the service provider that had installed it in the first place (we had just bought the home and the previous owner had had the unit installed). We did so and voila! New AC!

Checked all components of A.C. system. Found a leak in refrigerant and added refrigerant to replenish. All services were provided professionally and all my questions were answered in full.

My outdoor air conditioning unit wasn't working. I initially had a little trouble scheduling the appointment (called and left a message with their answering service and never got a call back). Once the appointment was set, Jeremy showed up right on time. He was helpful walking me through the diagnostic as well as explaining how the system works (first time I owned central air).

This is the third or fourth time we have had Clark perform our tune ups, and we have been very happy with Jeremy's courtesy and thoroughness each time. When he arrived, we asked if it would be possible to check and perform cleaning and tune up of furnace at the same time, and he did, for the same price of $77 plus tax, that we had paid for the air conditioner check up.

This was the second year in a row that I took advantage of an ANGIE BIG DEAL for a furnace check up prior to the oncoming winter. Each time Clark Heating & Cooling performed the service. The service man arrived promptly, was friendly, professional, and thorough. I always find it interesting to observe the work on my furnace and asked permission to watch. I was very satisfied with Clark Heating & Cooling and hope they participate again next year in an Angie Big Deal.

Things went great. We have used Clark heating in the past, and things were always done how and when we wanted them, with great results. We received a flyer in the mail from Kieth of Clark heating& cooling that they expanded in to the plumbing business some time ago. So when we were ready to do our kitchen remodel we new we were using them for the heating & cooling part, so we let them Quote the plumbing and they came in For less $s than two of the four quotes and very close to the cheapest. With all of our past experiences with Clark Heating it was a easy decision. And a very good one at that. The job went very smooth and on time as promised. Kieth's plumber Matt Has been a plumber for many years.Matt is a very personable and honest man. Matt suggested some changes along the way but never tried to sell us on spending more than we budgeted. In fact he did some changes and up grades with no additional cost. Both my wife and I couldn't be happier with the entire job of plumbing and the hvac. We have recommended to our friends and two of them have since used the new plumbing service of Clark. They were small jobs but one had a Sunday emergency And Matt was there to help them out. They both were happy we recommended Clark.

It went great. Jeremy was very pleasant and informative. I looked up customer reviews about the company and also checked the BBB for any complaints against them. There were none and they have an A+ rating. I also did research on the brand Jeremy recommend for replacement and it was the most reliable one. In addition, he gave a rough estimate of what the repair may cost and he was right on. It didn't include possible rebates which was even better. Very impressed.

He was punctual, nice, thorough, comprehensive and speedy! Definitely worth it!

They were efficient and explained what was going on and tried to clean up afterwards and asked advice. My interactions were good and the work turned out fine.

I purchased a spring tune-up for my house air conditioner for a house I'd purchased that winter. The service was a year ago, so details are fuzzy, but I remember the technician was quick and helpful, answered my questions about what he was doing. He also went above and beyond the original service call by pointing out that my furnace had a recalled part and I was eligible for a $500 credit toward a new one. That will be very helpful when I go to replace it in a couple years. He also helped me upgrade the air filter, which I had been meaning to do. I would definitely go to this company again.

I received a call from a tenant that their heat was not working. Clark Heating and Cooling was the company who installed the furnace, and they were local to Stoughton where the property is, so I gave them a call about 10:30 am on a Sunday, and asked to send a tech out. She took my name and number and told me she would call the tech as soon as we got off the phone, and I should get a call from him shortly. 2 hours later, still hadn't heard anything, so I called again and was assured tech would call me back soon. Both calls I was asked if it needed attention today or could it wait, I emphasized this was for a tenant, so I really had to get their heat back on ASAP. I received a call from tech about 20 minutes later, and he said he could be by about an hour later at 2:15. He told me he had been in a class that morning, so that's why he didn't get back right away. I wish they would have told me that on my first call. I would have at least been able to tell the tenant when to expect them, or called someone else. Overall, the "customer service" aspect of who answers the phone was not great. I wanted to meet the tech at the property, so I got there at 2:15 and he was already there by 5 minutes or so, so his timing estimate and punctuality were great. He opened up the furnace, and ran a test that said no gas was coming to the unit, so he walked around the house to the meter, and found it had been locked out by the gas company (probably from unpaid bills). So, after all there was no work he could really do on it. Even though it was a weekend, he was nice enough to say he would only charge his regular rate, and not the weekend/after hours charge, which saved me about $100 and I appreciated it. I guess this tenant is one I will have to keep track of late bills for, and know to check the meter first for if/when this happens again. Overall, the tech was helpful, and although he didn't have to fix anything, was educational, courteous, and honest. He really could have added unneeded work/charges to assess everything, because I would have had no idea. I would use Clark again, because I like using local companies and the tech left a good impression, but I think I will keep another company on backup so I'm not stuck waiting hours in case of an actual emergency.

IT went great!! Keith and his 4 men did a fantastic job as all ways. Clark Heating has been doing my HVAC work for years now. I would think of calling any other contractor. His price products and help are the best you can Buy. This system was a tough one It was a old furnace in a Steel building attic hard area to work very close Quarters. The building consist of 3 large areas and a bathe room. They separately zoned all areas with each having their own thermostat. After just one day we can really tell how even the heating is. Actually had a day we turned on the air WOW works Great! The unit is very Quiet. All the ducting was new from ground up very neatly run. The Clean up each of the Two days it took the Men Cleaned up as though they weren't there. This Is now my forth Job they converted, Impeccable job on all four. Would'nt use any one else!! Took a while to get back to me, but when the appointment was set, we were very pleased with service man who came. Very professional. Asked did we have any questions. Showed me a maintenance tip that was very helpful. It was a good experience overall.

Went fine. I wasn't home during the appointment, but my daughter said the technician was prompt, courteous and didn't try to "push" additional services on her.

I was very happy with the service and the guy did a great job explaining what he was doing.

Very quick response time. My furnace stop working during one of the coldest days of the winter and Clarks came out the same day and got it back up and running!! Nice work guys!!

They didn't going through with the check, they just said we should replace the furnace. It was fine. They were on time and courteous.

That turned out well. I had to call them to schedule and they were not able to come out for me until early November. Just one technician came out and did the work. He was on time, professional and friendly. They were local were and that was important to me. The technician also did a great job and answered all of my questions. Having the Big Deal for the tune turned out very well.

This was the second time we used their services. A different technician came out this time. He knew it was an older heater and explained everything was good with it. He fixed the mechanism with our thermostat and rewired it. He also installed the wall unit at no additional cost.
