ALL DRY WATERPROOFING

All Dry Waterproofing completed work in my basement in 2008. This included a 25 year warranty. I am having water issues on my floor where this work was completed. I have sent three emails, left two voicemails, and filled out the online contact request form and have received no response. This has been over the span of weeks. I am not positive of the source of the current water issues, but I expect at least a call back to discuss and this has not happened.

Excellent and timely work.

Flawless, from the day the bid was made to the time the job was done. The entire crew was professional and the job was done in a timely manner without being rushed. The cement work was excellent, including re-cementing the sloped shower floor. I have worked with a couple of contractors for different projects over the past year, and Rick was the best overall. Strongly recommended!

It was a rainy spring and he was very busy so it took a couple months before he came back and fixed it, but he got the job done in one day (on a Sunday). We haven't had any problems with flooding since.

Rick was responsive to giving quote and clearly explaining the problem and what should be done. 3 days before work was to begin on windows, crack in foundation was discovered in different section of basement. Rick came out again, requoted for extra work and agreed to complete simultaneously with window repair. Original window repair was to be completed in 2 days but with extra crack repair, the job extended to 4. Every day, except for one, Rick was there to walk through with us, show us the work completed that day and describe what needed to be done the next. Workers came when they were supposed to and tidied up the areas affected by the work and foot traffic after completion. Outside landscaping affected still a mess but work is supposed to be completed when weather warms enough.

Due to water problems on and off for 10 years, I had All Dry come do a drain tile system in the basement floor. I'd gotten a recommendation for 2 people who used them with success. All dry came in and jack hammered the cement floor 3/4 the way around the basement, 12-15 " wide and about 2 feet down. They removed all that debris, laid gravel/sand etc, laid in a 2-4 inch drain hose, packed that in and topped with a cement floor. They also replaced and relocated the sump pump. While the process is a nightmare with all the noise and dust, the work was done as quickly as can be expected, appointments kept, and best of all.... NO PROBLEMS .... NO WATER SINCE 2008!!! And, this is 3 years later, with some serious rain storms since then. Additionally, I had some concerns on 2 occassions and Rick Gordon (President) came out to check on the situation promptly, evaluated the issue and it was solved on the spot!!.... no charge! I highly Recommend All Dry for leaky basements.
