Description of Work: The roof is beautiful and the crew was very professional but we have had two leaks so far. Our 30 yr. old roof was still sound but we felt it was time to replace it. The panels under the vent cap may have been inadequately fastened down. Someone from the company came out immediately and attempted to apply caulk on a rainy day. We haven't had any leaks since but our formerly bone dry attic and insulation is now probably damp. My husband talked with the owner of the company and he said a crew will come out in Spring and redo the vent cap. I feel for the amount of money spent, it should have been done right the first time. I don't know if I would use this provider again - it depends on what kind of satisfaction we get.

Although it took nearly a month to get an appointment, we were willing to wait because our real estate agent had recommended the company. However, no one showed up or called at the scheduled appointment time.
Description of Work: Nothing. No one showed up for the appointment.

We have had numerous comments on the appearance of the roof. Does not look like a steel roof. Very satisfied with the product and the team that installed the product.
