Darin and his team are great. I originally talked to him about replacement windows, well we ended up doing an entire remodel and it turned out better than I expected. The guys are great to work with and did amazing work.

Showed up promptly and gave an estimate. Work was done as agreed next Wednesday and finished in one day. It rained the following night and we detected a leaky spot. I hired Steed Shield to reinstall the gutter in 2017.09. Now water drips behind the gutter every time it rains. I am leaving late review because Darin said he would follow up but that didn't happened till last week (2018.07) and he is not responding to me any more. Storm in 2017 damaged one section (2 ft.) of my house's gutter and I needed that section repaired. Darin and I agreed to replace the all the gutters for aesthetic reason. His team quickly replaced the gutter on time. I really liked their promptness and I was ready to leave a great review here. When I came back home, I noticed that small section of gutter was missing apron. So I called them to complete and they did right away. Well, that was a minor issue. On the first day of rain after the gutter was replaced, I started hearing water dripping noise all around the house which wasn't there before. On following weekend, I had to go up to the roof myself and see what is going on. They installed the gutter over the drip edge. I took a picture and asked him to fix and he was trying to charge me more money at first but I had to explain him that I can't pay more for their mistake. So he said he would come and fix. Long story short, that didn't happen. They came one time around 2017.10 but Kyle said temperature was too low to do any job. Now due to the long winter, I had to wait till 2018.05 to contact him again. When I contacted him he said ok but never showed and he is not responding to my call or text any more. I really wanted to avoid leaving a bad review but now I don't have any choice. Probably, the work they did to my house is their only mistake they made but I am the person who is living with the unnecessary noise with fear of damaging the foundation of the house. Anyone who wants verification of my review, feel free to contact me. I have pictures and contract as well as communication log with them.

This is a family owned and operated business that takes great pride in their work and the results show. Was definitely such a pleasure working with them that they will be hired on for siding as well. Would recommend Steel Sheild to anyone.

Steel Shield did a great job on installing new gutters and down spouts on our home. They were courteous and friendly. Did just what they said they would and the cost was great. Would definitely recommend them.
