SMALL SPACE BIG STYLE

After initial visit to the house the designer failed to respond to multiple attempts to contact by both business and cell phone numbers so we could provide her with the information she needed to move forward. After several days of no responses I finally sent an email stating that it appeared she did not want our business and therefore I was stopping payment on our check (she at least had not cashed it during this time). This did result in a phone call a few hours later with varied excuses for why she had not responded previously. We are not unreasonable folks, a quick call or email to acknowledge she was busy, but had received our message would have gone a long way. Days of no response whatsoever is not acceptable. We will not be using this business now or in the future.
