New roof and the first winter, more leaks this year than in the past, will not stand behind his work and will not do anything until spring. I now have damage caused by the new leaking roof.

We went with Oakwood exterior to install our new roof because of all the positive review on angies list. They were professional and did a quality job. Very happy with our new roof.

The work crew showed up exactly at the scheduled time, was very professional and was large enough to complete the work within the promised one day time frame. Oakwood arrived on time, performed services as contracted efficiently, and did a thorough cleanup. Jordan was very professional before, during, and after, answering all questions with extreme patience.

They arrived on 8/1/2013, started the job the first day they worked 14 hours. The second date started at 7 a.m. and the whole job was finished by noon on second day. Gutters were installed on 8/5/2013.

Jordan was very professional and honest in his assessment of the job and what would be required. It was apparent that he had a solid understanding of roofing and what to look for, what to recommend, etc. I felt very comfortable with the answers that I was given and felt good about awarding the job to Oakwood Exteriors. Because I was in a situation where I needed to have this done sooner rather than later they were able to respond quickly and had a schedule that was flexible enough to get in and out in one day. Clean up looked great. I found exactly one nail after they left. No more, no shingle pieces, no trim work, nothing. My bushes and flowers around the house were not beat down so all in all it was hard to tell that they had been there (other than the new roof which looks great). Very impressed with the company and Jordan. He will have a great business in front of him as long as he continues to do a great job for his customers. The voice of the customer was heard!

Crew arrived the evening prior to stage the work site and then started promptly at 6 am the following morning. This was a big roof in a remote location on a steep hill, and with extremely limited maneuverability for vehicles. They met the challenge, and they were a very hard working crew who busted butt all day long, and by all day, I mean ALL day. On top of that, they were all nice and friendly, and I was highly impressed with their expertise and level of professionalism. From the onset, I felt like I was dealing with a company that was interested in conducting ethical business, and they didn't let me down. They did a super job and I would highly recommend them.

Of all of the roofers I checked, oakwood provided to most complete and professional estimate. They were also lower in price than anyone else, by a considerable margin. They showed up when they promised, worked efficiently, were courteous and they finished the job in less than 2 days which was surprising to me, because other people in my neighborhood who had roofing jobs done had contractors who took almost a week. The price was exactly as quoted and I would highly recommend them.
