I had to call them in the middle of the night on a weekend. They did a professional job for us. There was another time that we used them many years ago and I also made some recommendations to them around the lines of having more supplies in their truck. They also do charge by the mile. The billing was correct and they were able to justify why things they gave the prices that they did, but it made me question if they charged me a little bit more for their service that time.

I was called on time first thing in the morning. The installer showed up about 30 min. later and they installed the pump in less then a hour and a half total. They cleaned up after the work and were on time and very professional and quick. I'm very happy with their service.

He did a great job--was quick and thorough. The underneath of our sink area is tricky to work in and he did it calmly and professionally. He was polite to our dog and warned us before making any loud noise. He also did a great job of cleaning the areas that he worked in. Additionally he provided some suggestions on how to prevent what could be a freezing pipe issue come this winter.

The heater is working well now. I had home buyer insurance and it was covered under the policy.

It went well. The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. They arrived on time and the coordination with the city to shut off the water was all taken care of. The only downside was some solder that landed on the carpet around the work area. This was not a major issue as the work was done in the basement.

I am unsure of the date and the exact cost, but they were very good and a good provider. We will use them again.

Our OLD water heater finally gave up the ghost. We arrived home after work to very upset cats. We have a water alarm near the water heater, it was chirping and the cats didn't like it. A quick inspection of the basement and there was a medium sized puddle underneath the water heater as it had developed a leak. I called a few plumbers with the idea of purchasing a water heater at a local discount house and having them install it. After speaking with Klasinski I felt comfortable with purchasing the water heater from them and having them install and haul away the old one. They were prompt, friendly and appear to have done a good job. Our old water heater was one of the oldest this plumber has every removed and he's been working as a plumber for 20 years. It was quite a battle getting the large old heater out but he managed. As typical with plumbing, there wer a few surprises but they didn't charge any extra and stuck to there quote.

I called Klasinski Plumbing that morning (Friday) before I had to leave for work. I was hoping someone could come out before the weekend, which they were able to accommodate. Their plumber, James, called me in the afternoon to let me know he was on his way so that I could meet him at my house. I was glad they were able to call so that I did not have to take the day off from work. He did a great job. He was professional and friendly, and even greeted my dog who gets really boisterous whenever someone comes over. I would definitely call them again.
