 + -1 moreJim has done it again. This is the third time I have hired Jim to repair an appliance, and the third time he has exceeded my expectations. I called him at 9 am and scheduled an appointment for 12:30 that day. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem immediately and began to work. He replaced a burned out fan in the appliance and now it works perfectly. He is professional, has amazing expertise, works quickly and quietly, and his prices are unbelievably reasonable. Highly recommended!

 + -1 moreAfter having a nightmare experience with another local applicance repair shop, I called Jim's. I told him the make, model, and problem we were having with our washing machine. He immediately said it was probably the pump and he could fix it for around $100. He offered to come to my house over my lunch hour. He was at my house on time as promised. Within minutes of removing the cabinet from the machine, he said our pump had a hole in it and repaired it. Within 20 minutes, our washing machine was good as new! Jim didn't talk much but he knew his work.
Description of Work: Our 8-y.o. washing machine started leaking this week. We needed someone to look at it and fix the leak. The pump was replaced.

Description of Work: Called Jim's to get an estimate on having him come out and look at my older refrigerator, the freezer is not freezing well. He provided me with an estimate of $60 to come out and look at it. He also provided several options for me to try before he came out. I like that!He seems very knowledgeable. And I am impressed that he gave me options at no cost rather than charging me to come out and try them on his own. If the options do not work I will have him come out.
