 + -1 moreWorst experience ever, purchased a brand new washer and dryer set, also purchased the extended warranty on the dryer and washer. Washer was a total joke and so was the customer service it took them 8 MONTHS to repair our washer, yes 8 months of no washer. Then when the washer was FINALLY fixed the dryer quit working and the lady called and tried saying the dryer had no warranty when I have it right on the paper work at my home that there was a warranty with it till April 20th 2022. Now they want me to pay after the service technician came and tore my dryer apart and just left it. What a joke!! Will never buy from them again or recommend anyone. Pathetic.
Description of Work: Washer quit working and so did dryer.

 + -1 moreWas disappointed that the product did not perform its function after only one month of service. When calling in to arrange service the Service Department was very courteous, polite and listened to my situation - within a few days a service worker was at my door for evaulation. I was highly disappointed to hear that the main "mother board" of the dishwasher was no longer performing and needed to be replaced - and I'll repeat - AFTER ONE MONTH of service! The parts were ordered, delivered directly to our home and within a week another service worker came out to replace it. He was very courteous, patient, and also offered tips on care and cleaning of the machine. As far as the service is concerned, we were very happy with Furniture & Appliance Mart. Frigidaire, on the only hand, will more than likely never have a chance to sell me another product!
Description of Work: Shopped around for a simple, not a lot of bells & whistles dishwasher and found them to have the best price. Purchased a Frigidaire stainless steel dishwasher for just under $450. One month later the dishwasher was not performing; had to call for service.

 + -1 moreWe went to the store and walked the floor looking at options. Jon put together a quote as requested. We continued going back and forth with options over a several month period as we shoped and evaluated the competition. They suggested that we compare using serial numbers which we thought was excellent so pricing was exact. In the end they were able to provide a couple floor model pieces that tipped the scales. Even without the floor models they were right on with the selection we wanted for the price.
Description of Work: The process of researching and quoting our appliance package was outstanding. We quote other local provides and found Furniture & Appliance to be very comeptitive on price (even better than Lowe's) with a person I can directly call if a problem comes up.
