Description of Work: Refurbished hardwood floors for century old house. Living Room, Dinning Room, 2 x Halls, Office, Stairway landing, 4 x Bedrooms. One bedroom had lead stain that Mike removed. One bedroom was tested for asbestos, but came back negative. One Bedroom had a solid layer or grey glue that he scrapped up with no damage to the wood underneath. Each room was sanded and then coated and buffed 3 times.

Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors in three bedrooms. All three floors were in pretty poor shape. Mike sanded and finished all the floors (about 400 sq ft) in about a week (all rooms were empty), and they look great. The project included removal of a finish that had some lead in it.

+ -1 moreForest Floors did a great job working with a floor in rough shape. Even floors covered with a black adhesive were redone The end result was a floor that looked good and would hold up to wear and tear. I also really liked the semi gloss finish.
Description of Work: Forest Floor sanded and refinished hardwood floors throughout the house.
