Excellent! John, Karl and Tanner were hard workers and extremely careful. We are very pleased!

The guys were great; professional, friendly, on-time. They got done early and since I was being billed the minimum one hour, they asked me what else I might need done since I paid for the time anyway. They ended up cleaning up a bunch of dead wood and trimming another dead branch. They cleaned up after they were done. This is the second time I've used Eagle Tree and both times I was very satisfied.

Cut down 5 trees and pulled some bushes

In the November 2012 estimate they included "Travel within Stevens Point and Plover" - $30.00 I sent an e-mail asking them to look at another dead tree and I also said, "I don't understand the additional $30 for travel in the area you're located in - what's that about? Thanks." I never received a reply or any other communication from them after that. I must have hurt their feelings or they didn't feel a need to explain the basis for their estimate. I've graded them an overall C because of this attitude and failure to get back to me. After my previous review was seen by John at Eagle Tree Care he immediately contacted me. He stated that he did not receive my e-mail about his estimate and apologized for the miscommunication. He offered a discount on the job I wanted done and came by to ensure he understood the work to be performed. Eagle did the work on 23 December 2013 and did a good job. Based on his response to my previous review and desire to make things right I now rate Eagle an A. Their work is good, they clean up afterword and their pricing is fair.

They were on-time and worked efficiently. They chipped and hauled the trees and limbs that were removed. They seemed careful about selecting which trees to remove.

I had a tall dead spruce tree in my front yard. Eagle Tree Care removed the dead tree and stump and thinned my other trees in a safe, professional and timely manner. The price was great. I highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job. They were really professional and accommodating with the scheduling. The owner, John, was prompt and they worked quickly.

The owner and one helper started at 1 pm and were completely done and cleaned up very well by 6 pm the same day. I will be doing business with this vendor again. He was the most responsive for the estimate and the best price for the complete job.
