Dan and his crew have painted our office, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, a mudroom, a couple of doors, ceilings, trim and our outdoor deck pillars and façade. His team is meticulous about their workmanship and so professional to deal with. One of the great perks of working with Dan is that you pick your colors and he will go pick them up at the store with the other supplies and pass on his contractor discount to you. It’s saved us some cash and also the headache of picking up the paint, etc. Dan is always very responsive throughout the process of sending estimates, scheduling the work and getting the work done when promised. In fact, for one project, he called to bump up our project by a week! When does that ever happen? It was great! "Jose did a great job. He didn't ask for any money up front, instead waiting until the job was about half done to ask for a portion of the fee . He and his partner were timely, professional, and put in a lot of hours. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and I am. He was patient with me as I wasn't sure of the color so he put some on the house and let me look at it to decide before going further. He also just really went above and beyond expectations. His fee was very reasonable and included more than other bids. For instance, he did a lot of caulking around the house, he painted the pillars (including TONS of finish nail holes left by the builder 9 years ago) on our porch and all the trim. The other bid we had was significantly higher, and didn't include the porch pillars or any trim. And Jose could start within a couple of weeks instead of a couple months. He essentially did the porch for free. Although it wasn't part of our original agreement, he also offered to sand and stain our small back deck as well. He was meticulous and overall just did a very nice job, and is a nice guy as well. I expect the paint to last for some time as he used good quality paint and did a spray on coat and a roll on coat as well."
