Found a vacation property of interest on the internet. Contacted agent listed who replied promptly and was most accommodating in setting-up an appt to see the property on the weekend in that we lived 200 miles away! After viewing several properties in addition to the one we originally found, we decieded to purchase the one that originally caught our eye. At this point we also requested a different agent in that our original agent was also the listing agent and we felt it was important to have an agent who was working for our interests, not the sellers. A second agent was quickly identified and the sale went forward. Closing went smooth enough with exception of a quirky seller, but you can't blame the agents for that!
