Do not call this "Mark!" I've been calling for 2 weeks to get him in (or on the phone), they never call back or leave any messages! Then, finally I got ahold of "Mark" and he told me he's been trying to contact me..... so what, he called me once, but never left a message! I called him a total of 10 times! I called him back with in 10 min of his one and only phone call and asked for him to call me back, but did he call me back? Nope! All I asked was for them to give me any information, orif someone was able to come, all I wanted was to make a appointment! In all honesty, I really tried to give him a chance and time after time, he failed and then lied about his actions. I don't know who he is or how he remains in business, but I don't recommend him to anyone. My refrigerator was under warranty and he was the only repair man I could use, I wouldn't have bothered with him as much as I did if this wasn't the case.
Description of Work: Parts replace in ice maker and repair leak.

Description of Work: Thru Best Buy, I purchased the Black Tie Protection Plan-their extended warranty plan for items they sell. The LCD TV I purchased, under this 4-year warranty plan, needed repairs; I waited several days for someone to contact me as per the Geek Squad of Best Buy. I was scheduled for 10/06/11---the power supply module needed replacing as per the GS and the manufacturer; Mark ( no last name) arrived with no part, merely looked at the TV, adv it will probably be too expensive to fix...see if the Ext Warranty Plan will cover the part or replace the TV at no cost(?); Was I suppose to call, was he? I called Mark's Service Pro and spoke with a "Trish'...I advised I was confused...she apologized...she then adv Mark works all alone, covers the entire state and doesn't get back in until 8pm at night---it would be too late to 'file a report'?! I called Best Buy---Geek Squad department, etc ETC; This went 'round and 'round for 2 weeks----one side would say one 'promise' the other would regurgitate a different 'promise'-ugh! Within the second week of frustration for me and my sons...Mark's didn't answer their phone---call ID I presume---nice...professional...tactful---eh? I again contacted BB-Geek Squad as well as NewCorp.com(the warranty plan) and bluntly told them I want a response ASAP. This is ridiculous at this point...the money I paid, the promises, NO TV, etc... Friday, I get a call as I am leaving work at 5pm from a 'supervisor' from NewCorp adv he will replace the TV---provide me with the serial number---I adv I am leaving work--call me at home. He agreed. We picked up a different TV this last Sunday. I advised Best Buy in [that] store as we were loading the 'new' TV up that I'd NEVER step foot in a BB again...to be told Mark's is the ONLY repair facility/person in the entire state of WISCONSIN-Mark's Service Pro---that's it??!!!---it was a terrible experience all depending upon "'Mark'"??!! One person...deciding who gets what and when...He is NOT god. That store has since left me messages wanting to hear my "terrible experience"..."'if I want to return the call'"---too late-no one cared before...no one returned calls---why now? I just want to forget all about it---I am too old. ;) Moving onward!!!
