+ 0 moreHe is very meticulous and precise. He listens well and makes recommendations for the overall improvement of the project. He did some of the work while we were out of town and he provided pictures, on-line, of the progress of the work. We recently had company who are realtors. When we showed them the remodeled bathroom, they were very impressed by the clean, straight caulking around the counter top and shower as well as the quality of the floor tile and grouting. He also continually cleans up after himself at the end of the day. We will definitely use John again for future projects.
Description of Work: In addition to providing carpet cleaning services, John Sauer is a very competent handyman who remodeled an old bathroom for us. He removed an old counter top and sink and installed a new, manufactured marble counter/sink combo. He leveled a very uneven bathroom floor and installed DuraCeramic tile. He installed a new toilet, installed two prehung solid oak doors and installed door, window and baseboard moldings and trim. He also rewired a ceiling light/exhaust fan and build pull-out shelving for a kitchen cabinet.
