 + -1 moreCalled several times and Jake finally called back and scheduled a time to come look at it. Told me it would cost $100-$150 to fix it and he'd have someone come over within a week to fix it. Well, 3 phone calls and 3 weeks later it finally got fixed. He sent me a text to tell me it was done. Then I received the invoice and it was for OVER $300!!!
Description of Work: Well was leaking, needed to have it repaired.

 + -1 moreJason was able to reschedule an existing customer who also needed well repair that day...a Saturday... in order to restore a working water supply to the eight different residences served by the community well.
Description of Work: Jason has always been a reliable and thorough person who maintains the community well that serves six single-family dwellings and two duplexes. He has always responded in a very timely manner regardless of the time or day of the week.

 + -1 moreso I called Jason about when he could winterize my home late 1 afternoon. Jason's response was what are you doing now. I was impressed with his concern to get the job done. We meet at the house. The temp was well below Zero. Which was no fun ( for me ) when it was time to pull the well. Jason has done this may time in all weather so it was no problem for him. Job done and time to go home.
Description of Work: Winterize a home. Very cold night. Jason Has all the reliable equipment possibly needed, very versital, prompt service, and many years of experience.
