septic tank
+ -1 moreThey didn't return our initial call for over 48 hours, but happily scheduled it for the day we needed. Instead of arriving when scheduled, they called and said it would be another 45 minutes (not a huge deal, things come up). They charged us twice as much as another septic pumping service. :-/

+ 0 moreWe have used Geno's Septic since we moved to the area last year & always have prompt, professional service. Geno & crew are very friendly & helpful. Their response to a call is usually the same day & has never been over 2 days! We have recommended them to our friends & neighbors.
Description of Work: Geno & crew come to pump out our septic tank every 7-8 weeks. One time last year the alarm in our tank did not go off & the septic was starting to back up into our basement. Geno's crew was out here the same day even though it was later in the day to pump our tank & found that we had a broken wire to the alarm. They were very prompt & professional.
