Terry is friendly, efficient and hardworking. He meticulously cleaned our 8000 sq ft house. He worked nearly 8 hours. Scrubbing on his hands and knees. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Highly recommend his services. He is regularly cleaning for us now.

The home we moved into needed a lot of detailed cleaning. Terry visited my home before cleaning and came up with a plan on how he would clean everything. He's easy to communicate with. He did a great job cleaning - very hard worker and detailed. I'm very happy and plan to use him for recurring cleans.

Terry works alone, which I prefer to having a team, and he's very detailed in his cleaning. The initial cleaning took about 5 hours, and I could definitely see the difference in the bathroom and kitchen surfaces and floors, and the look and feel of the carpet. He did some of the kitchen floor cleaning by hand, and a thorough dusting, including high surfaces and ceiling. I was very pleased with the job he did.

He did a very thorough job in the time allotted. And the price was very good because it was an incentive deal. The only thing that I didn't care for was his communication style. I thought he would ask more questions and be a little more friendly. The first thing he did was haul into my living room a large trash bin on wheels. I should have asked him to leave it on the porch. So I wonder if he is doing more commercial cleaning jobs than residential. But I can't complain about the job.

Terry cleaned my house top to bottom yesterday. It's sparkling. He dusted, mopped, scrubbed 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen (including appliances) and the basement. I was so thrilled when he was done, I told him I didn't want to move. I'd recommend Terry to anyone and I'm going to use his services again.

Terry was very professional & thorough. My house was very dirty but he worked diligently for 7 hours and it looked great! The original cost was $275.00 but because he went over 6 hours, it was an addt'l $50.00 for every hour after, plus I tipped him an addt'l $50.00 (good faith). I would recommend Terry for all your cleaning needs.

Called me to schedule a time with out his schedule. What is the purpose of scheduling a time if you didnt call me with your schedule . Then quoted me a price but I had to ask what it included. He later indicated he was booked for the remainder of the month but couldn't provide a date when he would be available . The call was unproductive.

Arrived on time, cleaned everything I asked including ceiling fans, oven, and microwave. Did a great job. Very professional.

holy cow this guy is amazing! I can't say enough! He cleaned our newly bought house for us. It was unoccupied for months. There was who knows what in some of the drawers and he scrubbed until those drawers looked brand new. He was great! Would definitely get him again and recommend him to anyone!

Cleaner showed up and did the job. I was a little disappointed that some of the dirt and marks on the walls were not wiped off. Other than that, good job.

I am not certain how Terry's published or quoted prices directly compare to other cleaners, but I can say with confidence that the value of the money spent with him is better than with other cleaners. Terry cleans until the property is clean, NOT until the scheduled clock expires. The property will be clean after Terry is complete, unlike other cleaners who work on a time schedule. My single family rental property on the east side of Milwaukee had been rented several years by a group of students and was left in deplorable condition. Unwilling and unable to clean the property myself, I contacted Terry (via an Angie's List deal). Terry and I performed a pre-inspection of the property and he was upfront about the potential additional charges beyond the purchased Angie's List deal. Despite the years worth of built in grime, Terry left the property sparkling clean. I am literally amazed at how much work he completed for the price I paid. He truly provides a higher quality service than other providers I have used. If you want your property clean...really clean...I encourage you to contact Terry.
