Description of Work: I purchased the coupon 3/28 and called Terry. Didn't hear anything until I called again 4/8. Before I could finish explaining what cleaning services we needed, he said, "I don't do move-out cleaning." All we needed was walls and windows washed, and the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. Basically get whatever I miss. He was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Description of Work: I bought them lastic binsto orginize the shelves.The claning of the floor gets an A but things were just put in bins no rime or reason. I needed to re do that over.I had great shelves for them to use. It did not look professional and no one would say you claened the garage. That is what I was looking for. Someone that could give workers instructions and I would A not do it over and B someone would say That looks great. Can I have there name. Sorry this job was one of your deals I think I will not use your deal book again 2 vendors one a house cleaner s l o w and new not good A new company Franchise with the Maids one shop a gentleman He was pleasent but wrong job for him Dawn K
