Fantastic. The job was way more than he expected. Terry was very straight forward about it. Quoted me additional time and stuck to that - no more and it was worth it. He even cleaned up an oven we are having replaced so the whole kitchen would be done and look nice. Very nice person too.

FWe hired Terry to deep clean our newly purchased home. Terry cleaned the second floor and basement (he did not clean the first floor because we are having it painted and replacing the flooring). Terry did an excellent job. He cleaned every surface of the home - baseboards, windows, inside cabinets, drawers, showers, toilets, floors, etc. The inside of the cabinets and drawers look brand new and perfectly clean. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a very thorough job. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time. When he was done, he walked me through the house to show me what he had done. I appreciated that he took so much pride in his final product. I would definitely hire Terry again!

It went well. He did a nice job. He honored the 75$ for 4 hours. He works alone and he was thorough and quick. He was rated well on Angie's List and had a good deal. I may not use them because I have a regular lady now I use. There is nothing personal.

We just purchased our new home, and didn't have time to Army clean our old rental unit ourselves, so we hired Terry to do it for us. Terry did an OUTSTANDING job! It's one thing to do a minor cleaning here and there and think you are getting everything, but once all of your furniture is moved out of the way, you really see what you're dealing with. Terry came through and had everything sparkling! He took care of things I didn't even think of. I can't say enough good things about the work he did for us. Thank you so much Terry!!! Terry cleaned our home which needed a 'deep' cleaning as we had work done in our home and it had not been professionally cleaned in a long time. He was punctual and friendly and did a great job. Our home looks great. The deal was $149.00 but since he drove a long way to our home and did such a great job we felt $40 tip was appropriate. We would definitely use Terry again in the future if we move closer to the city.

I purchased Terry's service as an Angies list deal so I really got more for my money. He did an excellent job and put up with the clutter.

Meticulous, efficient, completely professional. We were very impressed and asked for a once-a-month rate, but all we remember is that it was out of our price range. We were grateful to have purchased with Angies Deal coupon otherwise could not afford him.

Cleaned entire house. House was quite dusty due to remodeling and Terry did a great job with it. He dusted everything, vacuumed, scrubbed floors, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen thoroughly. Terry did a nice job and was very professional and efficient.

I explained on the phone that I needed a full cleaning of an empty apartment, including doors. He was barely civil when he arrived, looked at the doors and stated that this was a 'deep cleaning' situation and he had not agreed to it. I asked him to do what he could, such as vacuum the stairs and some basic things. He stated again that this was deep cleaning and he would not do it. I dismissed him.

It went great -he cleaned as much as possible in the four hours. He wiped down areas that don't normally get hit in regular everyday cleaning.

I purchased this to assist in cleaning up the basement, light dust coating on many items from some work that had been done and been cleaned up. I bought it because of the name 'detailed'. When the gentleman got here he said he didn't do that type of cleaning. What else might I want cleaned. I then took him up to the library; he said that there were so many books that would have to be individually cleaned, he wasn't sure he would do that either. After looking at the living room and dining room he stated he would start with the library and he did a nice job. Since this was based on a time frame he went to the living room and dining room and cleaned in there as well. He told me he had gone ahead and done the cleaning, but the kind of cleaning I wanted to hire was 'annual' cleaning or 'construction' cleaning.

The service worked out well. He was prompt in setting up the appointment. One guy came to do the four hour’s worth of cleaning and perhaps stayed even a bit longer. He was very hardworking.

We were not happy with the service so we did not use their service cleaning. We had used a different cleaner prior to them and they got far less done in the time than the other company did.

Professional and courteous. However it seemed like corners were being cut.

The 2 women worked very hard and diligently. Problem was communication. Upon arrival, I explained what I wanted done in the kitchen: Clean only the outside of cupboards & appliances. NOT the inside. At one point, I noticed one worker in kitchen, a "water pack" (?) on her back, spraying the INSIDE of the microwave. I rushed in and told her no, not to clean insides of appliances/cupboards - only the fronts. Shortly thereafter, I heard noise in kitchen. I found the same woman taking the top elements of the stove apart. I stopped her. It was however, too late for the microwave. I attempted to use it the following day and it no longer functioned. Since it was 30 years (!) old, I made no demands on the company. It had been a very good appliance --- and it worked. I did mention this when the company did a follow-up.

When we moved here in May the house was in good shape, but after six weeks of unpacking and contractors trouping through it was a mess. Terry was unfazed and did a deep cleaning, restoring the shine. Since then he's kept the place in terrific shape. He is methodical, which is a good thing in house-cleaning, because he misses nothing and gets everything! He's professional and also very conscientious. And a nice guy too. We couldn't be happier.

He took nearly half a day to clean our small house, was difficult to get a hold of to even set up the appointment, and then dragged a huge trash bin throughout our house as he worked. There were some detailed items (areas of dusting, counters/sinks, etc.) that were not addressed, and for the time it took him to get through the house, I would have expected that he would at least have been thorough. The whole time he was there, he was trying to sell us on getting repeat cleanings done, but we did not, and will not, have him back for future cleanings.

It was a routine experience. They arrived on time, acted professionally, and did an adequate job. I have no complaints with service.
