The servicemen were cordial, professional, and took care to keep the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up well and left the tank covers and surrounding area in tip-top shape. The prices were fair and the service prompt. I was frantic when I came home to the overwhelming smell of a septic tank overflow and the mess flowing down the hill. Rural Sanitation was the fourth company I called that late Friday night trying to find someone to come help - all the others told me they wouldn't be able to come until the following week! yikes! Rural Sanitation pumped the system out so we could keep functional until the repairs could be made since I needed a new pump...repairs were done the following week bringing my septic tank up to code and fixing some questionable wiring installed some twenty years earlier...they worked to get the tank alarm functional and triple checked everything to insure it was all working properly...
