She followed up on every detail, many of which we and the other involved parties overlooked, including errors made by the opposing broker, including an error by the title company that would have cost me an extra $2500. Through property research she caught several errors of listing and inspection on each of the three properties, avoiding major closing pitfalls for us. Erna is tough and forthright, two qualities that will absolutely save you money and trouble in the end. We will use her services for all property transactions until she no longer offers them. She is an absolute shark!
