Very good experience. Jay was flexible and pleasant when other contractor delays on our project forced him to reschedule. Provided guidance to locate tile showrooms to shop for material for the job. Our tile sheets were a mix of small stcked stone and glass tile which required them to take great care in sealing just the stone tiles to do the job right. He was the only contractor of the 3 we talked to that explained the benefit of using better mortar,self sealing grout and higher quality sealer than the minimum. He was the only one of the three that was going to install the tile per the manufactures instructions that came with the tile. When I questioned one of the other contractors regarding his wanting to glue the tiles up, contrary to the instructions with the tile, he told us, and quot;I do it the way I always do it. When I take a job, I do it my way.and quot; All three contractors were within $55. on the estimates for the work, but Precision Surfaces was the best choice when it came to knowledge. I cannot forget to mention that we were very happy with the amont of time they spent on every detail. The job was done, including fantastic clean up at the end , as if they were doing the work in there own home. We were not aware until they were doing the tile work, that they also do any other solid surface work, including vynle flooring. That project is in our future and we would not hestate to have them back to do that work.

They did a great job. I had a very unique floor situation with underlayment's. They made a great job making everything even with great transition from each area. The work looks wonder and overall good service. The owner was very accommodating. member sent email for BD refund, but is going is going to use the service.
