Description of Work: While we were generally happy with the landscaping work done by Creek View, we are disappointed with the responsiveness of Steve, the owner. I called him 3 times in May/June 2014, I spoke with him once and left messages the other two times regarding questions I had on the grass seeding and painted ferns that were planted. When I spoke with him, he was at a job site and didn't have time to talk but said he would call me back after Memorial Day. When I didn't receive a call back I followed up twice in early June 2014 and left messages. I haven't received a call back yet which is extremely disappointing. Based on the lack of responsiveness, I would not use Creek View again nor would I recommend them.

+ -1 moreI called Steve in the morning, having gotten his name off Angie's List, and I left a message. We have a gravel road that goes back to our driveway, and it was one huge sheet of ice. Steve got back to me immediately, suggested that he mix sand with the salt to provide better traction, gave me a very fair estimate and got the job done the same morning. Within a couple of hours, the road was not only driveable; it was walkable. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with Steve's professionalism -- he covered those portions of the road that needed it and left alone those parts that were already ice-free, thus keeping the cost down. I had obtained a number of bids, and his was both fair and accurate. I'll definitely ask him to come again the next time we need help.
Description of Work: Steve spread salt mixed with sand on our ice-rink-like road. I called him in the morning and left a message. He got back to me immediately, provided me with a very fair estimate and got the job done the same morning.

Description of Work: We had extensive landscape work done in our yard including putting in a border, planting grass, spreading stone, placing large boulders and planting numerous plants. Steve and his crew were very responsive, always on time and completed the work on schedule. We have since hired Creek View to do additional work and have always been pleased.

Steve kept us updated on their progress and when he expected to be finished. The whole project took less than one week. They were extremely professional and friendly.
Description of Work: Applied weedkiller, finished rough grading, moved boulders, spread topsoil and created a level area for future swimming pool. Installed gravel driveway, sidewalk, and patio base and disposed of old culvert. Finish grading and installation of lawn on approximately 3/4 acre of land.

+ -1 moreI CALLED AND REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE. WE HAVE A LARGE YARD TO BE TREATED. I CALLED AT THE END OF JUNE. I DIDN'T RECEIVED A CALL BACK, SO I CALLED AGAIN A WEEK LATER. STEVE CAME BY THE NEXT DAY TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATE WAS HIGHER THAN I WANTED TO PAY, SO I DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FOR WEED CONTROL AND FERTILIZER.
