Bedrock Granite

I went looking for Quartz counter tops for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, but did not like the way patterns repeated themselves in the Quartz. So I went to Bedrock Granite and Tile. Suzanne helped us pick a beautiful granite slab called Typhoon Bordeaux. It was everything I was looking for to get that wow factor. It was at the top end of prices for granite, but she explained that the granites that are more difficult to get to when they are mining and harder to extract from the ground cause the prices to increase. They were also the ones, that in my opinion, were much more unique. Once we had our slab chosen, we had our cabinet maker send a layout of the kitchen over so Jay could lay out the granite. We also had someone here to measure within a few days. Everything went very fast and smooth. I feel like our timeline was pretty tight as I had a vacation planned for 2 weeks after we choose a slab, but Jay got us on the schedule right away. It was all chosen, measured and installed in about one week!! I was able to get all my cabinets cleaned and filled before leaving for my vacation. While on vacation, my husband sent me a picture of a crack that formed in a vein in my granite just above the dishwasher. I was devastated!! He called and talked to Mark, the owner who assured him that he would get it taken care of. When I got home, Mark came to the house and assessed that it could not be repaired to the point that it would not be noticeable. He offered a couple of options, 1) He would replace the whole kitchen. 2) He would replace the slab with the crack in it. Since there was not another piece just like my slab, which I love and did not want to give up, he decided to pull the peninsula out and take it back to the shop. There we could see how close we could match it with the slabs that they did have on hand. I went to the shop and together we decided they did have a piece that would indeed work. So, they pulled in on a Friday and by the following Monday they had it all reinstalled good as new!! Even though we had some troubles, Mark and his team did an awesome job to get things done in a timely manner and correct the problems that did come up. I would definitely recommend this company.

from the very beginning the Bedrock floor room staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. the gentleman who came to our home to measure/template our kitchen was great to work with, he answered all our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. the day of installation both workers were professional and wasted no time installing our countertops. My husband and I are very happy with our choice to use Bedrock and with our new kitchen countertops.

We stopped at Bedrock shortly after the new year to see what they had to offer. The gentleman that assisted us was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. At that point we had just started shopping and thought it best to research a few other places before making a final decision. Several weeks later and after shopping around at 8 other businesses, we knew there was no doubt we wanted to do business with Bedrock. The staff is courteous, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable about what they do. I cant believe how many places didn't seem to have answers to some of our questions. We stopped in a second time and again, the same gentleman assisted us. We were able to pick our granite out in a short amount of time. He gathered our information, got us a quote and set up the appt for measurements right away. I wish all of our home remodel shopping had gone this smoothly. Bedrock got our installation scheduled way faster than I had thought. They had called to tell us they would have to reschedule due to a cancellation and actually got our counters installed earlier than anticipated. Installers came on time and did great work. They even pointed out an issue with the already installed cabinets and waited while it was quickly fixed and proceeded with the install job. We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome and the service we received. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone!

Our experience with Bedrock was wonderful, until we noticed damage to our installed countertop. This in itself would not have been a problem had the employee pointed it out, and fixed immediately (it was in a location where the employee could not have missed seeing it upon installation). After calling and asking for a repair, communication was horrible, and everyone we spoke to was rude. We did finally get the damage repaired almost 3 weeks after install, and the repair is acceptable. We will not be using Bedrock again.

We really appreciated how Mark made sure that we picked something that would work for our harsh Wisconsin climate. We had looked at another fabricator last year and had picked a stone out that we realize after talking with Mark would not have held up. I am thankful that Mark was there to help us pick something that would work for our project. He wanted to make sure that our stone would last rather than just sell us a more expensive stone. It was a great experience working with Bedrock Granite. Installation was great, timely and they did a really nice job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a granite fabricator.

It was a pleasure working with Bedrock Granite. They had one of the more reasonable quotes and it was much more personalized than other places we had checked out. We were able to pick out our slab of granite from their warehouse and the designer helped us coordinate the backsplash. Once we finalized things, they sent someone out to our house to measure within a day. It was installed within four weeks, only because we had waited until busy season, and it was installed within 2 hours. Looks beautiful! They also have a list of recommended tile guys to install the backsplash.

We haven't made a decision about our project yet but they are on the top of our list

Bedrock Granite was a pleasure to work with from our first visit through the final installation. They were honest and open about the pluses and minuses of choosing and installing Granite counter tops. The price was competitive and there were no hidden charges or surprise expenses later in the process. They thought of and suggested things like hidden metal supports for our overhang that other providers either forgot or neglected to mention. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and friendly. After we chose the granite we scheduled a visit where they had the slabs on view and worked with us to layout the planned cuts so the veining in the granite would be exactly where we wanted it in the final installation. The on-site measuring was done carefully and thoughtfully considering every corner and detail. The installers arrived less than 30 minutes late, but called to let us know ahead of time that they were a little behind. The installation was quick, competent and exactly as planned. The final installation is everything that we had hoped for. We learned that Bedrock Granite is a family business and the care and concern you would expect in a family extends to their customers. I would highly recommend Bedrock to anyone considering granite counters.

The whole experience was very good. From the initial visit to the showroom, communication on the install and the actual install. I would highly recommend them.

They were knowledgeable and accommodating. After the install I called them with a few concerns and they promptly came back and made the job perfect. The finished product looks great and I am very happy with their product and services. Each of the employees I met was friendly and well informed. I would recommend Bedrock to anyone!

I was referred to Bedrock by my carpet/floor guy- he knows how particular I am! These guys were great, from start to finish. Every person I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, proactive and responsive. Turn around time on my project was FAST and their work was beautiful. The estimate I received was considerably LESS than the three other places I contacted (including Home Depot) and we even had a few minor obstacles to deal with (e.g., working around a slate backsplash). If you want granite, these are the folks to go with!

We had Bedrock quote our kitchen, but regretfully did not go with them because the intial estimate was notably higher than the others. I say initial because at the end of the day, we ended up paying about the same amount. We had the granite done by someone else and are currently working towards a second attempt to get some issues fixed. I am writing this review because I contacted bedrock to get on estimate on repair work for the granite should I need to have someone else come in and finish the work. After looking at the photos, Mark personally called me and explained what can and can't be done, how these things happen, and educated me quite a bit on the processes that installers can use to fix the issues we have. He provided some very sound advise to use when I go back to the company that did the installation, indicating the best solution is to re-fabricate one of the pieces and explaining the process that should be used to prevent any new damage. This was all free of charge and without obligation.

Bedrock could not have made this process any less painless. Susanne, Jay, Luke, Tyler and Tim were professional and supported all our questions and concerns. Bedrock is available to answer questions from the selection process to the final install. They were timely and the finished product was exactly what we expected. They are the most gracious people and have the customers best interest at the fore front.

They showed up on the day that they said they would and finished in 1/2 a day. The final product was beautiful, and they cleaned up after themselves. The final price was exactly as they had quoted me with no surprises or hidden costs. Very professional and quality conscious!

Excellent! We first started at the showroom where Suesann showed us all our options with stone and sinks.(wonderful new sink German made..love it) We delt with Jason for the selection of the stone(granite) We also talked with Mark the owner. After selection of stone met with Luke who lays out and cuts the stone. He was most helpful in the laying out of the kitchen on the stone. The day of installation we got a call to say they were on the way and they were here when they stated. We had Jason and Taylor. Counldn't believe they could lift all the weight. They did a good and fast job of it ( the seams look wonderful just like they are not there) Taylor was not olny the helper he did a wonderful job cleaning up (I asked him to stay) All in all if you are looking for wonderful people to work with and a wonderful job as well PLEASE give them a call. We are SO HAPPY Thank You!

We selected Bedrock from talking with them at the Washington County Home Remodeling show. We are extremely glad we did. We planned and remodeled our kitchen ourselves. Bedrock took much of the "countertop anxiety" off our shoulders by their helpfulness, professionalism and quality of the workmanship. From directing us to the best places to select our stone, to the layout for fabrication, to the installation. All done with obvious pride in their chosen profession. The fabricators, especially, are more artisans than tradesmen. We would not hesitate to use Bedrock again and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a good experience dealing with them. The price they charge is reasonable but their customer service the guy that comes out on the call he's not so pleasant. I like the job they did it was fine and turned out very nice but the customer service was not so great.

They were very good. We had one little thing that was cut wrong on one of the granite countertops and they immediately took care of it. They responded quickly and they made the change that was necessary. They did an excellent job.They're competitive with other companies.

I like the quality of the granite. We bought it from Bedrock Granite and someone else installed it. The selection was really great and the sales rep that we had was very helpful; he was really patient. We got the granite on a timely manner so that was good. It was a good experience.

Mark and his team did an excellent job. They were on time, and careful about the job they did. They were clean and went above and beyond. I can't say enough goods things about the service they provided. I highly recommend having them quote your next grabite job, don't believe me come check it out your self, from the design, selection process to final install they were "top-notch". It's hard to find good people with business ethics I can work with!

My neighbor also used their service. They did an excellent job. They were very accommodating with choosing what would be good for a house re sale. We were able to buy nice remnants. They had a nice selection of sinks and faucets. We are extremely satisfied. If we have enough money to install the granite in our second home, we will use their service. We shopped around and we liked their customer service compared to the other companies. We have had people come into our home that complete the work and how detailed they were. We went to their granite warehouse and picked out the slabs ourselves. We knew exactly which slab we were going to use. They were here when they said would be.
