They came promptly to set up the traps and listened to my suggestions of where to place the traps. | |My only complaint was one day it turned out an enormous raccoon was in the trap in the very hot sun when I got home from work in the late afternoon. I thought someone would have come to check the traps during the day but nobody had. I called but they didn't have anyone to come out that late afternoon or evening to remove the animal so the animal had to stay in the trap overnight. It seemed cruel given the horrible heat and sun but I wasn't going to try moving the big cage and animal into the shade so it stayed put.

They did mosquito spray. It went well. Our yard was bigger, so we paid more. We paid another 100 bucks or so. I would confirm the size of the yard when buying a big deal coupon. They are good.

We contacted them in August when we had a bat in our house. We got the bat out ourselves and they came out after the bat nesting season was over (about med-September) and bat-proofed the house. They placed a one way tubing system for bats to leave and not re-enter and we didn't have any bats in the house after that. They were prompt, nice, and seemed to do a good job. They were supposed to come back about 6 weeks later to remove the exit tube and plug the hole. They never showed up. We called about 8 weeks after our service and they said it was too cold to remove it and we had to wait until spring. That will be 5-6 months after we had already paid them. Overall, the initial job was great but the follow-through has been non-existent.

The service went well and they showed up on time. Very excellent service.

They called to let me know they running 15 minutes behind schedule, which was great that the technician took the time to contact me. The technician filled the exterior boxes with bait and inspected the indoor traps which till this date show no activity. Makes me happy to know that mice are not in our home only outside and I hope it stays that way.

Everything went well. The technician was very responsive to my instructions, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly. Furthermore, the treatment was very effective and did a good job of keeping away mosquitoes.

I thought they were supposed to spray the inside of the house during the service call, but did not. I have not taken the time to call and inquire about it.

This company was flexible and very easy to work with, Zach is great.

As I described in "What did the provider do?" They came in July and set trap for wood chuck. In early Sept, the trap was removed and I received a note that the trap was taken and job is complete. I called and the trap was reset. It is now Sept 26th and no wood chuck has been caught. No other action has been taken. I fearful that cold weather will set in and the wood chuck will go into hibernation and I'ii experience the wood chuck situation again next year. They have beed paid with not results after 2 1/2 months.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. Those guys are great. We purchased their annual service and we've probably had them out 4 or 5 times since the big deal. The big deal was for an initial service and a follow up. After the follow up, we chose to continue having them come out to check our property. There was very little pressure on their end. They were very professional and had great follow through. They would call before and after they came out. They were always on time or just a few minutes early. They were excellent.

They did a very good job. I plan to use them again.

I was very satisfied with the work. The boxes definitely took care of our mouse problem. Zach came back to check the inside traps, took them away once the mice were gone, and left the exterior ones to prevent new mice from entering the house. He came back this spring to check the exterior boxes and took those away when he determined they were not needed. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

They got rid of the mice for us and they came when they said they would.

We had squirrels eating a hole and preparing to nest in our roof - they had chewed a fist sized hole in the soffit. Advanced Wildlife Control trapped and removed the squirrels, ensured none remained in the space, and sealed the hole with a metal patch. This is the second time we've had Advanced Wildlife Control come and do this type of work for us -- the first time was six years ago on the other side of the house. I should mention that in both cases they had to get up on a 30 foot ladder to reach our third floor. No problem for these guys. The staff is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We certainly recommend them and will call on them again for our house if needed. BTW we used the Angies List coupon!

They came out the same day I called to do the work. They came back a month later to do a follow up. They scheduled a follow up for a couple of months later in early September. They were very good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very easy to work with. I was very happy with their service. They were right on the money. They seemed to handle the work just fine.

I purchased a big deal for Advanced Wildlife Control Inc. It worked out very well. I continued to use them. They charge me a quarterly fee. The workers are very good and very good to have in the home or in the yard. It's been a positive experience.

Very excellent service. I have been with Advanced Wildlife since I experienced a problem with bats, a few years ago. This was a tricky problem, but they made good on their promise of getting rid of the bats. Now I have a quarterly service with them to check on any potential weaknesses and to service the house, both inside and out. I definitely see less bugs around and that is the way I like it!

I called asap and they were out there just as fast. We are very happy with their services. They responded to our needs quickly. They provided us with different options to take care of the rodent problem. They did a follow-up call to see if the problem was taken care of. Although the chipmunks are cute the damage they do is not. No more rats! No more chipmunks! This is the second time we used Advanced Wild Life Control, Inc, The first time was in 2012 due to a problems with bees. We received excellent service just like this time. I would give them an A+

My problem was not an emergency, but they scheduled an appointment very quickly. Scott arrived at scheduled time and was very nice and professional. He removed a large bird nest from within the eaves, and covered the hole in fascia. He also checked the roof and attic to see if there was any further problems but they were ok. I would definately call them again for any problems with pests including animals or insects.

I would use them again in the future.

They called right after I emailed the company and were there the next day! They explained that their price would be lower if we did this once per year, which is probably a good idea when it comes to wasps! This place was great, answered all my husband's questions and quoted a price that was great and lower than other companies I contacted!

They did a very nice job in all areas and we would definitely use them again.

I have used other more well known pest control companies before, and I would recommend Advanced over the other two I have used. I had mice, and the guy they sent out to scope out the house was great. Other places always say they will check for where they are coming in and fill in the gaps, etc. but they never do a real thorough job. He checked everything out and filled every possible crack they could get in, and located the main area where they were entering. Set up some bait stations and took care of the ones in the house. Really nice guy and did a great job. Months later I had a squirrel in my chimney. I called for a price and was quoted a price to trap it and cap the chimney. Good price too, compared to other places. After a few days this job got done due to a reluctant squirrel that didn't want to leave. So why the "B"? When the squirrel was trapped in my fireplace, I called to have them come get it around 3pm. They didn't have anyone in the area so we had a trapped squirrel in our fireplace overnight. Quite a noisy situation in our living room. The squirrel was in that chimney a few days too so it had to be needing some water bad. Luckily it made it through the night alive and was released the next day. Also was charged a $39 fee to "remove" the squirrel after it was trapped. Why the heck would I call to have someone come and give me a quote and tell me what is trapped in my chimney but not remove it? My call was clear I wanted it gone. The guys they have on the job are great. However a bigger outfit would have been able to get my noisy trapped squirrel out at 3 on a business day.

I was please with the service I received as part of a Coupon Deal and have continued using the service every three months for the last year. The company and its employees are courteous and professional.
