Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control

Always good. Typically the same technician comes out to check and re-bait the 5 exterior chipmunk traps. I've used them for the last several years on the quarterly plan, and have not had a chipmunk issue since we started the maintenance program.

All the birds were removed and haven't been back. Would hire them again.

I still use them. They come out to the house. Whenever they find a pest problem, they take care of it right away. They are responsive and do preventative treatment. They stay ahead of it. They come out every three to four months. They will call me and ask if I want Brian to come check the traps. They come out at my convenience.

They provided good services. They were punctual in coming back, removing the chipmunks and setting up new traps.

When a called for service, they came the next day. I achieved results almost immediately. Their expertise in this area really has shown through.

They scheduled me the next day. Came and sealed up holes with foam at no additional charge. They did such a great job I sent them to my parents! I have used a franchised co before that did nothing but set traps and spray chemicals. Advance actually when the extra mile and closed up the openings So the mice would not get into my home! A+++++

It went great, I left a message on their machine in the morning and promptly received a call back. They were able to get someone out the same day. The technician (Scott) was early and done in 30 minutes so I could get back to work on time. He was nice to my dog, too! The trap caught a squirrel that day and he promptly came and removed the trap the next morning and replaced it. All in all, great job, very efficient. Did a follow up call to make sure everything was still going alright.

I received a prompt and courteous response when I contacted the company. The technician, Chad, contacted me promptly and set up an appointment. He was actually EARLY! He was helpful, accommodating, professional and very pleasant to work with.. He took into account my reservations on poison bait because of our cat. There was some question about whether the situation involved just mice or something else larger. He set live traps and snap traps and baited them. He checked back with me several times on what was happening. Yesterday, he came and sealed potential access points with caulk. I am pleased with the company and their employees. At least the one I worked with. I would definitely recommend Advanced Wildlife Control to others with critter problems.

They confirmed we had a small amount of bats near the attic of our house and put up a comb (to let bats out without ability to reenter). They also checked over the house and sealed up all other areas of concern. Were very good about explaining the process and keeping us abreast of the progress throughout the job. Would definitely use Advanced Wildlife Control in the future.

It went really well. They were great. The price was more than reasonable.

Everyone I spoke with was great and they have a line that you could call 24 hours because the traps they set weren't visible from the street so they said just call when I hear something. Someone was out in 12 hours to remove whatever is there and they were back to check on a daily basis to make sure because they've got everything. They've patched up some damage area afterwards because I weren't able to do anything without them until the winter. I never met them but they seemed professional.

The tech set a trap on the porch right next to the hole. There wasn't any attempt to disguise the trap. I assume the tech had a lot of experience catching chipmunks. From the outset it looked like the ants liked the bait better than the chipmunk. The tech went downstairs and repaired the flooring in the basement of which we are grateful. He came back the next day, but no chipmunk and asked if he should leave the trap. Since the trapping was unsuccessful I said no since the ants were the only animals taking the bait. He was responsive and attentive so I had no complaints with the service; however, I thought I could do better. I went online and found a website, bugspray.com. Out of Atlanta, they had instructive videos on how to trap chipmunks humanely. I bought a small trap and the almond bait. Using the instructions I learned, I put the trap in the bed next to the porch and covered the bottom of the steel cage with much. I put the bait in the bottom part of a plastic cup and sprinkled mixed bird seed on top. I set the trap out on Friday evening. Saturday morning I had a chipmunk. My wife and I took the chipmunk some miles away and released him. Advanced Wildlife cost me over $130. Buying the trap online plus bait and shipping was around $50.

I called them on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They came out the next day to do an inspection. There was a team of 3, one of which did the inspection inside and outside including going up onto the roof to identify possible entry points for bats. There was no visible evidence of bats and no way of knowing for sure whether we had bats due to the the configuration of the roof and attic area. He suggested that we watch certain areas of the roof around dusk to see if there was any activity. There was a possibility that the one bat that was in the home was a fluke since we have lived in this house for over 35 years and have never had a problem before. It was suggested to watch and wait rather than incurring the cost of closing up all possible entries. We have not seen any bat activity since the inspection.

Absolutely outstanding. They are on time and very responsive to requests. The owner calls to follow up after work is completed. The owner, PJ, does some of the work himself. They offer great customer service. It will be an on going relationship. The office support personnel is very good at coordinating requests also.

Was able to schedule someone to come out within a couple days when it was convenient. Technician took a thorough look at the exterior of the house and also commented that all the lines/pipes entering the house were sealed up very well. He did find however that there was a small gap between the sleeve of the fireplace chimney and the cedar siding. Just big enough a mouse or chipmunk sized critter could get in if they really wanted to. After determining our uninvited guest had found he way out of the house again for now (by banging on the walls and hearing no movement) the technician closed off all the gaps found around the chimney with fine wire mesh and back-filled it with spray foam. It's been over 2 months and haven't head a peep so that hopefully was it. I never thought to look there for a hole or gap so it was a great catch and a very reasonable fix.

A woodpecker was making holes in our cedar siding on the box out for our chimney. With the harsh winter we had a squirrel enlarged the opening and entered the cavity. I patched the holes but the squirrel kept getting in. A couple weeks later we could hear noises in our closet. The squirrel started to make a hole in our drywall. We were impressed with the reviews on Angie's List and called Advanced Wildlife. At first a couple traps were placed on our roof but came up empty handed. Next Zach set up traps to catch the pest entering or exiting her new home. Yes I said HER! She had an early litter. A mamma and 6 babies were removed. Only complaint was I thought we were going to be charged a "litter" price since most were trapped at one time. Zach was taking care of the squirrels as he caught them and was going to try to release the family together. The invoice came with the original quoted per squirrel cost rather than a litter price. Zach did a great job of explaining what he was going to do. He even let my wife take a picture of the first "grandbaby" removed from OUR home to post on Facebook.

We have been using Advanced Wildlife Control at 3 different homes since 2005 . We first called them to remove bats in our attic. They did the job correctly the 1st time and we were very please with the quality of work done and the results! Their staff is very professional and thorough. We then hired them to spray our house (inside and out) for bugs and mice. We have them come out 4 times a year to take care of the job. PJ is very thorough when doing the job. He always asks me if we are having any problems in any area of the house or with any particular bug. When we moved into our new house there was a problem with mice. PJ took care of the problem and we have not had any mice in the house since. I know that if I have a problem in between service calls they will come out and take care of the problem. I have total trust in Advanced Wildlife Control and refer them to all my friends who have ants, bees, spiders, bats, mice or any other vermin! It is worth the money instead of trying to do it yourself.

It was fantastic. PJ was prompt, on time, courteous, and I would definitely use him again.

It went okay, but I didn't know that they were going to do it every month and then they started charging me. I didn't know there was a month thing. They would come out and they would do it, but they didn't even tell me and then I was charged for it. The pricing wasn't bad.

So far I am pleased with my service because I have not seen or heard any mice. I am not looking forward to the smell once they are caught, but I guess that is just part of the process. The technician arrived promptly. I actually received a call prior to his arrival but I missed it. The service took a little longer than expected, but I do not blame the service technician as it was my mother peppering him with questions. I now have a piece of mind that the mice will not take over my home and I am waiting for Advance Wildlife Control (AWC) to return in a couple of weeks to get the bait boxes and make an assessment of the outside once the snow melts. Please melt. I think the BEST point I can make about this company is that they do not advertise to the entire neighborhood that you have a pest problem. I was so appreciative of the thoughtfulness that AWC just arrives in a plain truck and the guy walks up to the door with a hat identifying him as AWC. AWC recognizes the stigma associated with the problem and attempts to address it.

We were very impressed with the efficiency of our service man, Chad. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The whole process was very straightforward and painless except for the bill of $282.00, and even that we felt was not excessive. He assured us that if there are any more problems not to hesitate to call them and we certainly will.

They were very good resource when I had questions, I called them they came out, reasonable price.

The technician arrived on time and assessed the situation. He provided a solution which required further services. I had expected this and agreed to it. Excellent initial service and follow-up.

We will have a follow up appointment next month to make sure everything is totally sealed up. This company is professional and responsive and does a great job, and took the time to go over in detail with me what products were being used and the precautions taken to ensure any poisons are used responsibly and carefully. Would definitely use again!
