They set the live trap and caught the momma squirrel which we presumed took care of the larger issue and were not too concerned with the baby squirrels.

Chris spent a *lot* of time sealing around the exterior of our home to prevent mice from getting in. He did a really thorough job and checked all around the house. He came back a month later to check traps. No mice were found in the inside traps so they are being kept out, despite the weather getting colder. Chris does an excellent job and I feel we are in good hands with their quarterly monitoring plan. I also like that they have permission to release animals like racoons and bats to areas where they won't be a bother to anyone, but can live out their lives without being killed.

We have used Advanced Wildlife for years and have had no problems with mice. PJ does a great job for us. We do have him come out quarterly to check and refill the bait traps. There is a quarterly cost but is well worth it not to have mice to contend with in the house. I highly recommend them.

Advance Wildlife came out to our house because we had a mice issue at our "new to us" house. They found the potential hotspots quickly and put down steel wool, traps, and sealed up potential entry areas. This all happened during a winter thaw and we were so glad they came out quickly to fix the problem.

Eric came the next morning and within 48 hours had trapped 2 squirrels. We waited another week to make sure the activity was ended, After that, he patched the hole. Problem solved before any additional damage was done! Eric was very professional.

The service went very well. I received a call back quickly and everything was explained in detail before the service was performed. It turns out all of this crashing was just nice and the company put down traps and then came back to remove them. They just charge me the base service fee since they didn't have to remove any live animals so the price was reasonable.

They were good. Their punctuality stood out about them and they got the job done.

Everything went very smoothly. Office staff were very professional and friendly. A technician came out on same day and set up traps. We were responsible to check the traps and notify them of activity, but when we left town for several days, they said they would watch the traps. My neighbor across the street reported that indeed, someone came out every day to check. In total, 3 squirrels were trapped over a period of about 10 days, and when there was no further evidence of more squirrels, the technician patched the entry hole. It has been quiet ever since. One thing I would recommend to both the technicians and future customers is to clarify what happens with anything trapped that isn't on the original contract. We had a technician take a chipmunk off site, and was going to charge us for that as well. When I called the office and said that I would have just let the chipmunk go, they graciously removed that charge. I could have understood the case from both perspectives, so it would just help to clarify from the beginning.

Excellent. Todd was very knowledgeable and super nice to work with. He checked everything and showed me some places I could seal on my own. He baited the attic just in case.

Tall tree hole. Entry point secured. Set trap, waited patiently. Took a week, price on high side compared to others $149 service charge but good job overall.

We moved into our new house and on our first night heard an animal in our chimney! Because of weather and our schedule, it was 3 days later (2 days after we called) that we were able to schedule an appointment, and in that time we didn't hear the animal again. Thank goodness we had them come out! Zach arrived and quickly discovered we had a raccoon nesting in our chimney, just above the flue! He quickly and humanely removed her. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use their services again if needed.

Brenton looked in the attic where I've heard occasional rodent noises and in the basement where I've seen droppings. He also examined the outside of the condo. He filled the exterior and interior holes with steel wool to prevent new entry. He put traps outside in front and back to prevent new entry. He scattered poison in the attic and above the ceiling tiles in the basement along with a couple of traps to eliminate the existing problem. He was efficient, professional, thorough, and friendly. I have already recommended Advanced Wildlife Control to neighbors and friends who wanted to know how I liked the service. The price was very reasonable for a 4-floor residence (main, full second floor, full attic, full, finished basement). They even have a coupon on Angie's List! I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Brenton was so good, I doubt I'll need a repeat anytime soon.

Advanced Wildlife did way more for us than a previous pest management person we hired about a year ago. He spent quite a bit of time outside identifying all the possible entry points for mice (they only need a 1/4 inch opening to gain entry to your home!!!) He closed up most of the areas with caulk. Some of the areas simply could not be fixed with caulk, and after the winter, we will have a mason fix those areas. He placed three bait boxes around the perimeter of the house. He closed up a rather large opening under our kitchen sink with steel wool and chicken wire. All of this was done in December. Yesterday he came back to check the activity of the bait boxes and to talk with us about any activity we heard in the attic or mice we had caught in the traps. I was pleased to tell him that since the day he came in December, I had not heard a single mouse skittering above us in the attic, and the traps had been clear. We set up a quarterly program for $69 every 3 months, which is well worth it in my opinion! This company is very thorough. They really know their pests!

We have had only great service and experiences with Advanced Wildlife. Or main contact is Mike who provides competent, friendly, and professional service on site but the office staff is friendly and responsive as well. We've never had a mouse in the house since working with Advanced Wildlife though we did before starting the service. However we live on a wooded lot and so had an encounter with a sick skunk that needed removal and Mike was prompt, efficient and yet empathetic to the situation. He was able to remove the animal in a humane way as possible. Highly recommended.

We had a lot of mice. Solution was successful. We are continuing with the quarterly monitoring for $65 per quarter.

We just bought a house in the country and discovered at least 3 bats had taken up residence in our home. After removing them form our house, on 2 separate nights, we called Advanced Wildlife. They came out quickly, assessed the problem, found a potential colony, and 3 potential entrance points. He installed a bat flap/funnel to allow the bats to leave our home with no harm to them, but it does not allow them to return. It took several days from all of them to leave, but once they did, Advanced Wildlife came back out, removed the bat funnels, and sealed up the house so the bats could not get back in. We could not be happier with their professionalism, quick response, and help with this issue. So, after the bats left, the mice decided to move in. Again we called Advanced Wildlife. As before, they came out quickly, found their entrance points and sealed them up. They also provided bait boxes to remove any additional mice that remained around. As before, they came quickly after calling them, were very professional, very informative, and we have not seen any mice since. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest issue.

They were great, always on time etc. I also used them for 2 hornet nests in trees in my yard this summer and they took care of it promptly.

We had been hearing an animal in behind our fireplace over 24 hours. We looked on Angies List and called Advanced Wildlife Control. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and caring. She said she would call to see if someone could still make it over that day. (It was already midafternoon). They called back to say that they would have someone stop that afternoon. Our technician Brenton arrived within two hours. He was very professional and personable. He addressed our problem, checking to see where an animal would have entered and what we could do to resolve any further intruders. Brenton was very helpful, even giving my husband help with his extension ladder. We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service. We will not hesitate to call again if we have any future "visitors".
