Description of Work: I had a squirrel caught in my chimney. From the time I called for an appointment until the time the squirrel was scampering down was 1 hour. Efficient, professional and very accommodating. I have used them before and would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Squirrel removal over a two-week period that accessed upstairs overhang. Used baited cages and took them away live to release in a proper area. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Answered all my questions. Fixed the vent which was their access point. Fixed the buckled area of soffit. Advised on what to do to avoid another squirrel intrusion. Very satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: We had a really bad mouse problem that needed to get taken care of right away. Advanced Wildlife was prompt in getting back to me with their prices and fully explained what their service would entail (no contracts like others we had contacted). They were able to get us in very fast and made an appointment a couple days later. The person that came out was very helpful and sealed up the areas that the mice were getting in and set up bait. We haven't had any issues with mice since they came out (besides the couple that were trapped in from the sealing) and they are coming up for the one month follow-up appointment this weekend. I've already recommended them to a couple people and we'll definitely keep them in mind if we have any future issues with pests.

Description of Work: They set 2 traps for an animal which dug a hole under my garage slab. They came to check on traps only when called..I reset the traps myself twice. No animal was caught. The repair to the hole was poor.They pushed some dirt into the hole & covered it with one of MY bricks. I packed the hole with 5 times the dirt of initial repair and made other modifications/improvements to repair hole with own materials.

Description of Work: Had a raccoon try to enter house through roof. Advanced check possible presence of raccoon in chimney. Found evidence of entry but no raccoon. Upon my request installed chimney cap. Although of higher quality than what I found at HD, was what I consider a bit pricey. However, it should last a long time so ---. Set trap but no raccoon after a week. Overall, professional, timely and showed concern.

Description of Work: Mike came over and checked our garage and basement for entry points. He found a few and sealed them up. He was very informative. He plans to come back in about a month to see if the problem has been eliminated.

Description of Work: We had a really large woodchuck that had burrowed quite a nest under the shed in our back yard. We called the company to come out and trap it to remove it before the burrowing caused damage. | |They came out, the man set a trap and told us to check it. It was the end of the business day, so around 5 pm. I woke up the next morning around 6 amd checked the trap. It was occupied! I called the company and they came and picked him up and took him to where ever they take the criters that are a nuisance in the city. They were prety quick about picking him up, I was worried the animal would suffer since it was quite warm and he had no water. But it wasn't long enough for that.

Description of Work: Bat removal and bat proofed the house. The only reason I rated their professionalism a "B", is that the guy who came to find the bat destroyed it without submitting it to the DNR for rabies testing as I had clearly requested. Since testing was not done, my one year old daughter and myself had to go to the ER for rabies vaccination which was a significant cost. | |They did take some money off the cost of bat proofing the house and the follow up with PJ after I complained was excellent; however, it didn't fully cover the expense of the ER visit nor the vaccination. | |Despite this, I have recommended them to several friends who have bat problems in their houses.

Description of Work: Friendly workers, arrived when they said they would. We were experiencing a strong scent coming from our attic. It looked like squirrels were getting in the attic, I found nuts stored in the attic. They did a thorough check of the attic and found no squirrels. They found an area on the roof that they thought the squirrels were getting in. They put paper in that area to see if something would try to get in and they also left a trap inside the attic for a couple of weeks, but the squirrels did not try to get back in, so they permanently blocked the area on the roof where they did come in previously and they also put some traps around the house to catch rodents.

Description of Work: We have mosquitos pretty bad as well as the Japanese beetles that attack the same bush and flowers every year. They had to come back a 2nd time last year for the beetles and though they originally said they would not charge full price they did for the return spray. We will use them again every spring summer. We do get a bit of a deal as several people in our subdivision do it at the same time which helps everyone's yard. We are never home when they come so I cannot count on professionalism.

Description of Work: We heard noises in the attic. A technician came out the next day, assessed the situation as red squirrels and set up traps. He checked the traps daily and removed the squirrels. After about a week or a week and a half, he assessed where the squirrels were likely getting in and plugged up the opening. He was very efficient, very professional and helpful. We will definitely call them again for any future pest issues.
