Advanced Wildlife & Pest Control is a full-service animal removal and pest control company. Our family-owned company has been serving thousands of homeowners and businesses in the Greater Milwaukee Area and surrounding counties for over 30+ years. We are the largest animal removal and pest control company in southeast Wisconsin. We stand by all the work we perform. If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. Description of Work: Company came to my home - inspected the attic and the perimeter of the house. A plan was developed to eliminate the mice from my home....including some caulking as well as traps. We also talked about a maintenance plan. Advanced Wildlife was professional, appropriate and reasonable in all aspects of the service. I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: I have Advanced Wildlife come to my home on a regular basis. They have successfully prevented mice from coming into my house. I used to have a mouse problem but since they sealed up outdoor openings and set outdoor traps I have not had a problem. I did not realize how small an opening a mouse can squeeze through and would not have been successful trying to seal up the house myself. They come and check the house for new openings and check the bait traps on my schedule. I highly recommend this company!

Paul Winkelmann is the owner of this business. He made an appt. for just a couple of days after my initial call. He was over an hour late in showing up but, other than that things went smoothly. I thought the $119 for his initial visit a bit expensive. However, Paul's knowledge of house architecture, animal types and behavior, etc. quite impressive. He set 2 live-catch traps in my garage that never caught anything (this is a good thing), put wire mesh on 4 vents (@ $35 per vent) and closed off 2 vent openings (@ $35 per opening). The total bill was $329. I have no point of comparison to say if this price was reasonable or not.
Description of Work: I was concerned a racoon or some other large animal had managed to get into the soffit in my family room. I heard a scraping noise one night and called Advanced Wildlife control the next morning.

PJ was prompt and he went the extra mile to make sure he had answered all of my questions. For the amount of services we had the price was fair. He even called back a week later to check and see if everything was under control. A reason why I decided to recommend them to Angie's list.
Description of Work: PJ came and removed some birds that were living in my soffits. He patched the hole and replaced my soffit that had fallen off. He also took care of an ant problem that we had in our sun room. I haven't seen an ant since he came out. He inspected my whole house for other possible problems. He also treated for a mouse problem in our attic.

Advanced Wildlife Control gets an A+. Other firms we contacted about our squirrel problem said they couldn't help, or couldn't be bothered to find a tall ladder. Paul responded to our inquiry quickly, and in no time at all, we had caught 2 of our many problem squirrels. He is also a very friendly, personable and funny man, with lots of good critter removal stories. He knows his business inside and out...so much so that our neighbors, seeing how effective he was, fired their own squirrel guy and hired Paul themselves on the spot. Within 12 hours, he trapped 3 squirrels at their house, after weeks of failure by their previous contractor. Based on our experience, Advanced Wildlife Control is both more effective and charges far more reasonable rates than national outfits like Critter Control (whose charges are truly exorbitant). Do not call anyone else if you have an animal removal problem.
Description of Work: Using traps, Paul and his son removed approximately 8 squirrels from our roof, as well as the roof of our neighbors. He arrived punctually, set traps immediately, and returned to remove trapped squirrels quickly when we notified him. We have a tall Victorian on the East Side- other animal control firms told us our roof was too high for them too help- not so with Paul. When it comes to critter removal, he is a miracle worker.

The company was very prompt, showed up the same day I called. Set traps immediately and squirrels were caught that day. Returned the same day to get trapped squirrels. Repeated this cycle for days, coming back each day and removing squirrels and resetting traps. Set traps on roof and gutters which seemed to make all the difference. Extremely competent. You have to compare price against the work. They made repeated trips every day. After initial set up fee, they charge per squirrel trapped. But the problem is solved. If you want to actually get the job done right, they are more than worth it.
Description of Work: Company removed squirrels from my attic and repaired hole in roof that they were using. This had been a long term problem that other companies could not fix.

Paul arrived during our appointment time and completed the work quickly and professionally. Although my home on a city lot and can be difficult to access because of the surrounding buildings he was happy to get to work. He was easy to work with and I would contact him again regarding animal removal needs.
Description of Work: Three pigeons and a nest were removed from a difficult to reach area in the eve of a second story roof. The hole containing the nest was then sealed.
