They are great. We had them out for several different issues. I called him today and he is going to come out and check things at no additional charge. They are very responsive. They are a great company to work with.

I would use them again. They come and I don't have to be here for them to do the work. The one time I did consult with them they were on time.

This is not the first time I've called AWC. Each time, from the person who answers the phone to the technician, it's been a great experience. The staff is prompt, courteous, clean and prepared for the job. Price is reasonable and I love that they're local rather than a chain!

We had an electrician doing some work at our house and he was concerned about an animal he could hear in the crawl space, so we needed someone there quickly. I called Advanced Wildlife Control and they were out there within an hour or so. They came out and placed the trap. Also they came back out several times when I called and said the trap was triggered and needed to be reset. It appeared after 2 weeks the woodchuck gave up and did not come back. They came and removed the trap and plugged the hole. Every time I contacted them I was treated professionally and in a friendly manner. I would definately use this company again and recommend them to anyone who is having issues.

I pay $65 twice a year. They capture the animals live, except for mice, and then transport them miles away and then release them; so it is humane and you don't have dead animals around. This happens a lot to us, at least 3 times yearly so we would rather be humane about it. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I was able to arrange an appointment within a very short time window; I was traveling back to the Milwaukee area to finalize the sale of this property. Their technician arrived promptly when expected, made a thorough review of the inside and outside of the home, and addressed the (happily, minor!) issues that he detected. Professional, prompt, and thrifty -- can't beat it!

This is the best pest control company we have ever worked with. We changed to them over 1 year ago, after being dissatisfied with one of the large local providers. They promptly responded to our inquiry call, were very nice about immediately getting us on to a quarterly service plan and even waived the initial start up fee, as we had been actively working with the other company. Our service has been largely provided by PJ, one of the principals in the company. He is nice, thorough and always accommodating. He has gotten our mice problem under control, eliminated our box elder invasion and controlled millipedes. My next door neighbor was correct, Advanced Wildlife Control should be your first choice for a pest control company!!

I utilized the team at Advanced Wildlife Control last October for some help. The team at Advanced just changed out the traps that we have set up and have used them for a lot of different services in the past. I will continue to use the team at Advanced for all of our Critter issues.

It took a while to resolve the problem completely. Although there were originally three skunks and only one was removed, during the process the other two skunks "moved away". We also caught several opossums in the process. One thing I think they can improve is the process of transferring skunks from cage to transfer bucket. There is sufficient room for error here that one time a skunk escaped during the process.

Thankfully Angie's List pointed us in the direction of PJ and his crew. He came out within a few days and completed a total inspection of the exterior of the house/roof to pinpoint the entry points and found a couple. After thoroughly explaining the entire exclusion process and answering my (ridiculous) questions, he scheduled the exclusion to be completed in the next week. They showed up on time, he kept me up to date via voice mails and also gave me some information about some areas of the roof that need repair. They were also kind enough to work out a payment plan with me as this was a very unexpected expense and it definitely comes at a pricey rate (although VERY comparable to others in the market). Two months later and no bats so I think they did a great job!

Experience was great...Called and made an appointment for a technician to come out...They were very prompt and accommodating...Would definitely recommend them to others...Since they didnt find anything there isnt much to add, but the I was very comfortable with the inspection and the technician made my wife comfortable with his findings.

They set out cages and would stop by periodically to check on them. If I saw one in the cage I would call them and they would be out right away. They were very efficient and quick.

Wonderful. I will use them again to spray for mosquitos in the summer months. Great company!

They came out on Labor Day. They were outstanding. They answered any questions I had and gave great advice. They are very prompt about checking the cages. They have caught 6 raccoons on my roof. What impresses me the most is that they came out on Labor Day within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

What a great experience! Very responsive via email. The guy that did the work was extremely conscientious. He came back to our house daily to check the traps, and kept updating us as to how the job was coming. Very easy to work with. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat! Thanks.

Advance showed up on time, was completely professional, and explained everything they were going to do. He also answered all my questions and assured me the products they used were safe for pets. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and call them if I have any pest problems in the future.

They are excellent. They are very prompt, professional, and punctual. They are just a delight to work with. I looked at another company on Angie’s list and their price was double than this company. They come in $200 range to come two or three times a year. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Fellow arrived early. Provided good suggestions for screening to stop the birds from pushing sticks into the box vents (but I've already arranged with a roofer to install ridge vents and that will solve the problem). He removed the piles of nest sticks from the unfinished attic areas-- walking around was not easy because there is no floor and lots of blown-in insulation covering the joists--and was done pretty quickly. All in all, it the project went well.

Unlike other pest control companies that would have delayed coming out for several days, Advanced Wildlife Control was at our house the next day. They suggested setting two live traps: one on the roof and one on the ground at the opposite side of the house. Within 36 hours two raccoons were trapped. Advanced Wildlife Control came to the house to remove the raccoons and relocate them without harming them. They left the two cages at our house in case there were others but after four days none were caught.

We were extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. I thought the price was reasonable, especially considering the gruesomeness of the job.

To us it went great but PJ was frustrated it took them as long as it did, a couple weeks as opposed to the 3-4 days it usually takes them. I was just happy to have our attic family out of the house.
